They are magnificent, I have deflasked 10 crosses and species in Feb and they are growing well so far...dreaming of the day I have a magnificent display like yours!
Outstanding disas! Never seen such a fine display, well done!!!! Hope you're safe from the wildfire hell! The birds squeaking, do you know what they are, the sound so cheerful. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the compliment. We are in Tasmania & isolated from mainland Australia, so only a few local smaller fires to worry about. The birds are Wattle birds. Cheers Warren
That certainly helps. Many people grow in sphagnum moss which does not like very strong fertilizer & as such they find it hard to get the same results. Cheers Warren
A lovely set of blooms from the orchids. Are they easy to grow and what media is recommended for growing, as well are they moist loving orchids? Thank you for sharing.
We use a basic potting mix with long life slow release in it. They are a swamp orchid that need to be kept moist & we water daily when in bloom. Easy to grow once you get them going in the right mix & spot.

Gorgeous! I just ordered my first Disa, cant wait until it gets here.
Amazing collection!
Thankyou glad you appreciate them.

Some very vibrant colours there Warren, thanks for sharing I might give Disa ago if I can get some here in the UK 🇬🇧.
Thanks & good luck. If you join the Disa page someone could possibly help. facebook.com/groups/1681259382135578/
Like the bright and vibrant colours of your strong growing plants. Could it be your slow release feed !

I just start my Disa journey. My Disa leaves keep having yellow tip. Do you have any idea how to make the plant happier?
thanks.
Very fine display. Are most of those home bred hybrids ? They must require a lot of watering. Are you growing them in sphagnum or other media.

Not my hybrids but started doing crosses two years ago.
I have used peat and Perlite mix but now finding it almost impossible to source good quality fibrous peat in the UK.
