- Today im showing my experience with building a gaming pc for the first time. This is a little bit different from my usual videos because it's not really anime related, but i figured it would make a good video. By the way, sorry for the lack of good footage, my mind was more on not messing up the pc than getting perfect footage, but i still think it turned out decent in the end.

Sick video man, it seems as if the motherboard is not quite the right size for the case that you got (MB is microATX and case is ATX, so a bit bigger). That does however not change anything about performance, just appearance, so it's totally fine. I could not tell by the video if it already was, but the Case Fan should be plugged into the "SYS Fan 2" port on your motherboard, which sits right above your GPU slot (almost all the way to the left of the MB), usually then it should work right away. (Obviously works with every other SYS Fan 4pin port as well... your MB has a total of 3).

you probably didn't connect the case fans to the fan headers on ur motherboard. If ur motherboard doesn't have enough fan headers you can buy a splitter.
Usually these case fans are daisy chainable. Just read the case manual, it has all the info

Coolmaster Cpu cooler
And it cost a whopping 150$ CAD A great deal! Off facebook marketplace. Haha

Keep doing what you're doing man, these videos are really well made and sometime soon you should experience a "boom" of sorts
Also if you were wondering about the fans not working, try looking at this hub thing that may be at the back of your computer, then plugging a sata cable from the power supply to it, then plugging the cord (should be relatively long, should be a 3 or 4 pin cable, and just plug that into one of your motherboards cpu fan header.

i remember hearing a lot about the hub and sata cables when i was searching for why the fans didnt work but when i looked at my pc, i dont remember seeing a sata cable
There should definitely should be atleast 1 or more likely 2 sata cables. Maybe take a look at where you've might've bunched a heap of cables and try seeing if you can see any sata cables there? Otherwise you could just google your power supply name (eg: antec power supply mini edition) and have google point out the sata cable for you.
love to see the yeston gpu, ive been really wanting a 6800xt or 7800xt from them but, theres not an easy way of getting one that isnt 200$ over what the gpu is worth

i also recently built a pc for abt 900 with a 3070, i9 12900k, 32gb ddr5 and some pretty cool looking case and aio
How much did you pay for for 12900k & 3070 ?
@@hatim.bahrain I went to microcenter and bought 2 bundles, one was a bundle for 400 it had the i9 12900k, asus z790 prime smthn mobo, and 32 gb of ddr5 6000 mtz ram. The second bundle was a open box and the last one they have, they said they are no longer supplying this budle, but it is the Gigbyte arous project stealth c500 diy kit, which goes for 800 ish on anazon. It has a 3070 gigbyte gpu with 3 fans and a lil rgb on it, the z690 stealth mobo that also had some rgb on it, and the case which had 4 pre installed fans, and all the parts gpu mobo case were all built to have the connectors on the back. Aio was like 130 on amazon it was the asus rog strix lc 360, and the 1tb ssd, is a lexar nm90 for abt 80 bucks on amazon, and the psu was a apevia 80+ gold, but I wouldn't recomend getting it because it isn't amazing, but you should get a more knowwn and well tested psu
is there any power going into the fans/are you sure you installed them correctly? (i know nothing about computers just asking the most obvious questions)

Good, However, back plate of GPU is going to be hot. I don't recommend to place figurine on it.
its been fine for the amount of time its been in there so im not too worried
@@kyowomii Just don't play games that put your card on like 68 degrees or that figurine is going to start to meltdown
That ram had me shitting bricks and it's not even my rig(get a AIO cooler if you want next time it looks cooler + cools cooler)
with the case fan u have to put that in your motherboard( i think ) or the thingy that came with your pc CASE

@kyowomii well I just had a idea get like a temp software that shows the temps and if the cpu is getting a bit hot maybe turn the fan around
No fans always blow opposite side of logo. So where the connection arms to holding the fan in the middle is the side air is blowing.
You might want to get a GPU stand bc yours is sagging a little.
yeah, i know some people Use lego as a GPU stand So thats an option aswell

Nah just fucking vertical mount that bitch. Even with a bracket, these new GPUs are so fucking heavy that the stresses can cause cracked solder joints.
The RAM wasn't really inserted right but should be fine. I can't see from the angle if you opened both flaps before pushing RAM in the slot.
Get thermal paste for the cooler
most important and crucial part of building a PC and never ever forget to do this!!!!:

Slot in all your Waifus in there.
for the fans you need to put them in the 5volt connector on the motherboard...if you dont have you should consider buying a jonsbo 5volt connector wich connects the fans to your pc and your all set
and there sould be wires connected to the fans so you know how the 3 pin 5volt shit is the one to connect to...hope it helps ...or at least what helped to me

100 fps on dx12 and some low/mid settings
But yeah its not best

@@Pan_radomiak what happened with mine was that one of the hard drives just completely broke so i lost like a few hundred gbs of stuff, so i just decided to get an entirely new pc after that

i dont think you applied any thermal paste i could be wrong some cpu coolers have it on them already but it is very important to make sure there is some thermal paste
