if there's kid-friendly house, i believe there should also be a senior-friendly house for seniors living alone or with a companion. i looked it up online, they call it a retirement home but i can't find it here in the philippines.

This house is nice, but as someone else commented, it needs some storage. I personally would like a window in front of the kitchen sink. If I had to live with one bathroom, it would have to be a bathtub/shower combo. I would prefer an additional half bath and at least a carport so that I don’t have to carry groceries in the rain.
and worst plan, master bedroom need be door to own bathroom, .better if make master bedroom,then second bedroom change bathroom, then living room change bedroom, and kitshen need be laundry/t/b area and biggest, and new kitcgen need be wide more to porch were have laundry. this have all wrong position. and need cost less than 20 000$ because have very small all.

Dietro la cucina bastava la tazza e un lavabo ( senza un inutile doccia in una zona giorno. Si poteva dare più spazio alla cucina. Si doveva eliminare quella assurda Living area tra l'altro con la tv non di fronte ma al fianco del divano. Al suo posto mettere la seconda camera da letto. Invece al posto della attuale seconda camera al centro, creare 2 bagni affiancati, dedicati ognuno a una rispettiva camera da letto.

No me cuadra la ubicación del T-B. Sugiero humildemente en medio de las 2 habitaciones. En zona caliente, la placa de cubierta se presta para colocar una vid y configurar un parasol con el follaje de la planta de uva.

How promising I am for the accepted usage of this house pattern . I have a son and some bloody generation . However they are only permitted to pay a home visit for about my next 50 years and their possesion heritance of 100 years later .
I am shiny to prove the feasibility that I would love to deliver a baby more . Certainly , constructor would make a volunteer . What a laugh . I think of the house building imposibility so I submit that incredible reason .
My expression is that the incredible thing is the impossible thing .

Love the separate laundry. Love the bathroom because the toilet is not in a stall. As a senior, i hate the latest stall trend. I fear needing help in the bathroom some day. The first responders would have to drag me out by the ankles with my pants down just to find the room to work on me. Not a pretty picture.
I am not really liking the kitchen, though. Seems to have no storage space. All else seems good!
