This is helpful. Would the house vibrate if hanging a heavy bag in the garage? I heard the statement it would but wanted to ask. Is it a lot? Or barley noticeable. Thank you!

You're getting a bag to exercise. Probably not a good sign if you're too lazy to fill it or assemble it.

hy guy brilliant review but for boxing only the more hit it the more the weight drops to the bottom of the bag excellent for low kick boxer
if you fill it with sand
    wrap your hand
more to the point wrap your wrists

Yeah it's just an ad. A very good one but it's still an ad for the product they want you to buy.

They have literally spammed UA-cam with fake heavy bag reviews to the point that I can hardly find any actual unbiased heavy bag reviews.

If you made it 6-8 inches taller, it'd be perfect. That would be great for taller people. Or if you kept this version available along with a taller wider version. People would definitely buy both. Id buy the bigger one. Even if you have to add 50 more pounds of sand to stabilize it. Itd be worth it. 👍

I'm just getting into boxing as an adult, mostly to get back into shape, but as you said, I've always felt like those metal stands are so limiting. Even more so with 45lb plates on each leg. I feel like movement is such a big part of boxing, and this seems like it would infuriate me(especially since I can just picture myself tripping over the legs, or worse, going to kick the bag(which is one of the things I want out of a heavy back, to help work out my core even more) and getting a foot/shin full of steel.)
Any recommendations for a 38 year old male with zero experience who would also like to be able to kick the bag? My therapist did give the info for someone nearby to at least start off with a get a few lessons under my belt so that I can be more informed on what I want/need(and of course to help me with proper technique, to tell me what to practice, etc.)?
I can't decide between a weighted bottom and a free hanging bag(especially since my old punching bag in the basement growing up that was hung by chains from the support beams was sooooooooo freaking loud upstairs that I could pretty much only use it when no one else was home.

@@Quantum-ChaosI have a stand bag and I gotta say definitely get the stand if you wanna get into shape mostly because the other is good for form and techniques but the weight of the punching bags help with getting stronger and more burn you can also kick it if you want the guy in the video even did it
