- Francisco Oropeza, the Mexican National who killed 5 in the Trails Ends Subdivision which borders Montgomery County was just sentenced to Life without parole in the San Jacinto County Courtroom. After the plea and sentencing, several family members gave victim impact statements as Oropeza sat with a blank face. However, that all changed as he was led out of the courthouse by San Jacinto County Deputies. With one of his family members yelling at him he began to laugh. She told him in Spanish, "We won they tried to kill you and you're alive". The family agreed to the life-over-death sentence so they would not have to come back for trials, appeals, etc. One concern by many was President Trump's deportation of criminals. Officials say he would not be removed from TDCJ to be deported. The killing happened on April 28, 2023.

That is Francisco Oropeza should have NEVER been allowed a plea deal!!! This was on circumstantial circumstances! He did it on purpose!!! Eye for an eye needs to be done on monsters like this!!! Texas is way too lax on these monsters! Let’s not forget he was DEPORTED 4 times! FIVE LIVES A 9 YEAR OLD! Sickening!

@ I know. Usually those people live with no septic permit & when the police have come out to address the nonsense in their minds they chose to harass me half a dozen times while I witnessed how they would have treated my mother when I would/should have still been employed in the war-zones. Taking leave to see my family was truly tragic & after years of investigating we need different county management. When we call for illegal gunfire on less than 10 acres of land they shouldn't be suggesting it is fireworks or car-backfire. These gunmen have literally chased me down the street on ATVs while on the phone with 911 & the officer wasted time suggesting I had created a disturbance. It's truly tragic that they are so corrupt here.

@ A recent example would be like on December 31, 2024 I was told I 'was making no sense' b/c I was the only person who called about illegal gunfire. Then the next day I called again after filming a group of guys on a 1 acre piece of land shooting one full-auto rifle & two full-auto pistols. Some of our street signs have been peppered with an automatic-rifle. In 2024 we had maybe 4 gunmen on new years but in 2025 we had no less than a dozen within earshot of me. The health department in that county is identical garbage to the health department in my county so I was not surprised to see the gunfire complaints were similar too.
