So they might have followed him from Cleveland all the way to the Grangerland feed store... we are missing information. I thought Cleveland was covered in cameras, no way does law enforcement have an empty trail. I have a group of goons like that in my neighborhood & the worst part is that the probation officers, bounty hunters, ambulance, firemen.... none realize they are waking around on literal untreated human sewage soil. Our OSSF Directors have been approving ponded sewage disposal areas for 20+ years, I do not yet know who is responsible for removing the rule from our Health Department but we need different leadership in both Galveston H-gac & TCEQ.
How did this pos thief now the man had cash? Was he in the bank to see/hear the transaction? Was he tipped off by someone working in the bank? I will not be sorry if Karma catches him first and his momma is crying on the news.
I've heard someone will be inside watching the customers while "waiting" for a banker letting someone outside know the ones that appear to have received large amounts of cash.
@@SlackerU That would mean the Ford SUV knew the student was coming to the feed store, and would leave the money in the truck, and leave the truck unlocked. That would sort of suggest the student was in on it. Hmmm.
Why in the world would you leave your vehicle unlocked??
That gray Ford SUV on the other side of the kid's truck also does not have a front plate.

I imagine that Ford SUV with no front plate is there to help block the view for the thief.

He stole something from the Ford truck.
