A pre-debate drug screen is a great idea, I agree... but a POST-DEBATE DRUG SCREEN SHOULD BE MANDATORY.. Don't give anyone the chance to cheat..
Before I even watch I'll say. Every single person paid with taxpayer money should be taking regular drug screens. Like a parolee.
Government jobs shouldn't be more attractive than private sector jobs. Government jobs should be cycled through by many citizens , the by-product being a wider understanding of just what government does, and how it works. While employed by the government, people shouldn't be allowed to vote in that level of government, to keep them from voting for their own raises. This would also help keep government as small as possible.

Biden might just handwave it away as some juvenile conspiracy theory crap, and the world will move on, but if he gets caught up and trump pushes enough, especially mentioning it in the debate, it does have a lot of potential to damage Biden A LOT. As someone who's been prescribed to Adderall for much of his life, I find it unlikely that Biden is merely just on Adderall. They're probably jacking him up with substances that your ordinary doctor of psychiatrist won't likely prescribe, unless they're looking to go to prison.

As a CDL holder I get random drug tests at work. I think requiring the people who make the most important decisions for our country to be drug tested randomly and regularly is an excellent idea.

Edit: Also they can't say Trump's request is unusual, because Biden's challenge to a debate was predecated on his own unusual demands because he "doesn't like how they were done in the past."
