      Vishal Pawar I think Indian kids smile wider compared to white kids .....probably because they are joyous to be away from school. for whatever little time outside classrooms....because .... I've seen most Indian teachers in classrooms........they act like bosses......that smiling in classroom is forbidden....so probably to compensate for those missed smiles....they pack their smiles with extra sweetness. 😋

      hmm sorry brother but the logic you presented makes no sense at all.
      Being a hardcore nationalist that I'm, I simply love To hear praises about India, doesn't matter in what ways it comes..but we gotta spare the children from the prejudice and biased views at all levels.
      Actually, rather than discussing about their smiles, we, together should pump in our effort n energy to make sure no children in our great country is illiterate or starving.

    • @creativezebra5757
      @creativezebra5757 7 років тому +3

      Vishal Pawar totally agree..... kids are the same all the world over.... but Indian kids are more vulnerable ...because of illetracy and need for nutrition. if a person has a good childhood..... he is going to become a very supportive citizen as an adult.

      As Shashi Tharoor rightly points out, people often forget where we started from at the eve of our Independence.
      We were down in the dumps with the nation partitioned, riots everywhere, lowest literacy in the world and poverty that had led to mass starvation.
      India has come a long way since then but still has a long way to go.

For some, it has a passing significance, but for others, the country has a profound effect on their being, convincing them to not just relocate but also to adopt the way of life of their Indian surroundings, and try and give back to a nation that they identify with so deeply.

It is not that Google should be replaced by another company, because every other company is playing with data statistics these days. India has thrived as a continuous civilization for more than 5000 years because we have embraced everyone who comes to us with love and respect.
      We have embraced even the language of our ex-colonizer and tormentor!
      Brits are welcome but this time the rules are different. We will deal with them at equal footage.

    Fibre optics internet in Mumbai?
    I live in SOHO, Central London and I still can't have Fibre optics, because government doesn't want to dig in central London, apparently it costs BT £4k per meter to lay fibre optics in central London. Unless everyone wants it they won't lay it.

    RCIL (Railtel Corp Ind Ltd) is the one which actually lays and maintains fiber optics connectivity across India via the railway line. They have been doing this for decades now, and is not a new 'Google' initiative. All labor and technical personals involved in the project were part of Railtel and Google just provided the 'Wifi modem or switches' at the final points and claimed the 'label' for the project. RCIL, like all Indians, were glad to have a western brand associated with them. [I know all these because my father was an important part of the project for a handful of important stations]. Good job BBC, trying to justify collonialism again by pointing out how useful our railway lines are to us! [Eye-rolling]

    India is providing free wi-fi and much more ,no doubt INDIA is growing faster than any other developing countries, but there are few things which should be improved. There is no sanitation in india, there is no purity in fruits, vegitables, milk, sweets etc. These things are adulterated. Even there is no good infrastructure in India. Indian Government must take help from Japan for good infrastructure specially for earthquake areas because i live in the north part of india which is seismic zone. In INDIA literally there is no value of human being. Govt. must thing about it.
