It’s the vinyl you use in the printer. You need heat transfer vinyl to print it on. You then let the Cricut cut what was printed. After everything has been printed and cut, you weed it as necessary.

Hey, I hope you are well! May I pick your brain...? I used the Avery brand heat transfer paper (for light colored fabrics). I printed out the pictures I wanted and then ironed them on the shirts, but some were ruined before wash and after wash. I used my Cricut heat press to iron the pictures onto the shirts. Did I not apply enough heat or too much heat, for them to peel before wearing/washing and after wearing/washing the shirts? I followed the heating instructions that were included, but perhaps I had the heat too low or didn’t leave the heat on long enough? Which brand of transfer paper do you use? Thank you for any insight you can provide! :))
Yes, Cricut is just one of many brands. Just like you could use different brands of permanent and iron on vinyls the same applies for printable vinyl. I’ve used printable vinyls from craft stores as well. I hope this clears things up.

sometimes we don't pay attention to the lay out the cricut has on the screen. u may be laying the image across but on the image they have it facing up & down. I had to figure that out. the image lay out has to be exact

To my understanding there is a printable vyinl available for you to do what you are asking. The other is just transfer paper that can be used in your printer.

@@DyamondRenae Greetings! The photo was printed by having the printer connected to the Cricut machine. The words were made and cut from the Cricut. To get the photo printed, you edit it via the Cricut’s Design and send it to your inkjet printer- then use the Cricut to “cut out” that printed image from the inkjet. So you don´t need a sheet between your image and your easy press ?

You can use an iron, just place it there. Whatever you do, don't "iron" it on. Place and hold for same amount of time.

Yes. It is just like putting any specialty paper in your printer to print. Once it prints you will add it to a mat and the cricut would cut it.

Cricut has a size restriction for print and cut (9.25x6.75). You can slice your picture into parts and put it all together when ironing it on.
