Oh yay! You are going to love it. One thing I am finding are use an iPad, because it’s easier for me. However I used my daughters Mac last night and there are so many more things you can do on a computer as opposed to an iPad. But I am always discovering new things To use my Cricut for!
Congratulations on your new cricut. I hope you have so much fun. This will tell you everything : You got a Cricut? A beginners guide to everything you need to know to get started with your Cricut. ua-cam.com/video/pBeCkuIymHY/v-deo.html
If you use the light transfer one then you need to mirror it. You can tell it’s not the same as when she first started, the picture was facing the other way.
Yes the light transfer needs to mirror and the dark transfer does not. Something like this just the face if you accidentally forget to mirror it’s not gonna make a big difference. But yes definitely mirror for light because you were putting it face down two iron, and then the dark you were putting face up To iron that is why you do not need to mirror.
@@themostcraftynurse3914 Yes. The picture on the tee is flipped horizontally from the original photo. The easy fix is to flip the picture on the computer before printing. Our faces are not symmetrical. Therefore, the resulting picture on this tee doesn't look like the actual girl; it looks like the image of the girl in a mirror. Still, I enjoyed the video !!!
Hi friend, I apologize for my late answer I’ve been working so much. I use a HP ink jet printer from Amazon middle of the road I bought a few years ago and it works good.
ThankYou for explaining so well, I still have a few questions...So are the Cricut, Printer and your Tablet all hooked together? and when you printed her name, was it done with vinyl or the heat transfer paper?
I’m sorry I can’t remember off the top of my head and I am out of it but I picked it up at Walmart. I will stop by there tomorrow and look at the name and tell you
Yes you absolutely can’t it is printing cut. You can buy printable iron on from any of your craft stores or you can get it at Walmart. If you were doing light color fabric using light color printable iron on them make sure you mirror your image. If you are doing dark color fabric using dirt color printable iron on that you do not mirror your image. But this works great with your explore.
Thank you, first make sure the type of printer is correct for the printable you are using. This printable works with an ink jet printer. If you are compatible like that I would just set it aside a few minutes to dry (I would not suggest any artifice drying it may ruin your vinyl) I’ve fortunately not had that problem with my printer. Good luck friend.
so do you only need the cricut to cut around the photo? if i want the full photo and background, do i have to use the cricut or can i just use transfer paper and printer, then the ironing?
Good morning I watched your video above on Brianna t shirt but I need your help what setting was your printer on when you did pic please because I'm having a lot of problems with print n cut my stuff come out horrible and faded looking and bleed looking Thanks PLEASE HELP
Ok is your printer an ink jet? I know most of the printable materials require the printer to be ink jet. I do not have to set my printer on any special setting, I just print normal on the printable iron on. That’s why I’m wondering ?
Hello friend, sorry for the late reply I’ve just been working a lot. I use an HP inkjet, I picked it up on Amazon a few years ago kind of the middle of the road printer as far as price and it works well.
Yes but make sure you have printable iron on compatible to your printer, like I have an inkjet printer and this printable vinyl is for a chat printers if you have a laser printer get printable iron on vinyl for laser printers.
For this I Used a printable iron on, I bought a pack at Walmart they have different ones for light fabric and dark fabric, I got a pack that has a combination. I put the sheets in my printer printed on them and then iron them onto the shirt.
If you are using printable iron on for light yes if you are using for dark than no. On this one yes I did. ( there are separate types for light and dark)
Oh I am so sorry, The Cricut will cut it out if you’re just doing things in vinyl. But a picture like this does require a printer. I appreciate you though friend and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Thanks you. Just got my cricut machine for my birthday January 7th I'm onto making t-shirts thanks
Very fun ! I'm a new cricut maker and just ordered the easy press 12×10 loved your video!

Thank you for this. Thinking of investing in a cricut but didnt know if i just needed a computer/laptop or a printer as well.
You can do a lot with your smart phone also. I do use both my phone and iPad a lot. Mostly I use my iPad. Good luck friend ❤️

I know I’m very late to the party but what kind of printer do you use?
Where did u get the printers
what setting did you place you cricut?
I'm confused, so the cricut doesn't print the photo, you print it on what kind of paper? Then lay that printed picture on the htp to cut it?
Where did u get your printer😅
Just to put it out there, I noticed you mirror printed the picture. That’s an important point if you have a text or logo.
What kind of shirt to use

Hello friend, I am so sorry for my late response I’ve been working So much. Are use an HP inkjet printer I bought a few years ago from Amazon.
Hi friend, I apologize for my late answer I’ve been working so much. I use a HP ink jet printer from Amazon middle of the road I bought a few years ago and it works good.
Hello. What barrier would you use to go over it again??
How did you get the cricut to cut around the picture and not just the box?
Every time I do this it only cuts out the box.
So when you put it in design space, go in and clean around the edges up to where you want it to cut.
Let me know if that does not make sense.
ThankYou for explaining so well, I still have a few questions...So are the Cricut, Printer and your Tablet all hooked together? and when you printed her name, was it done with vinyl or the heat transfer paper?
Can I do this with the Cricut air?
Yes the printing cut feature is available with the Cricut air.
The picture feel ruff ?
No it is actually smooth.
@@themostcraftynurse3914 thank you what the name of the paper I will like to buy the same one

Amazing video. When I am trying to print pictures on transfer paper the ink is wet. Is there any advice you can give me on that?
Thank you, first make sure the type of printer is correct for the printable you are using. This printable works with an ink jet printer.
