My cultural shock here was turning up for an invited gathering (Nigerian Student union Independence celebration) and I was expecting food to come my way. Na, you order for what you want here. I felt my pockets (just pences), later pretended to visit the toilet and I said to my self, "celebration kee your deir" 😒

I had the same bus problem when I visited Manchester where they have 3 bus companies. I was born and brought up in the UK but in my city there's only really 1 company so I was so confused that I couldn't use my ticket for all the busses!
