      @@ThatGuyHealth pretty much exclusively at home these days. I've got some adjustable dumbbells, a weight bench and I just got a resistance band. After using it yesterday I can tell that I need to get a set kinda like what you have so I can stack the bands.

    With the gym closed and the basic home dumbbell and bench workout getting a bit old. I am looking to order some bands to change things up a bit.

    I’ve seen it suggested that you always be on the side of the door that has it closing towards you rather than opening towards you (if possible). Less chance of it coming open from the force, and no one can unexpectedly open the door on you. Great video!

    This is really helpful, thank you! Do you have any advice for working the arms, shoulders, chest and back, without hitting the traps? I’m trying to build strength in my upper body but my traps are just bulking up more than I want.

Try those out and I will place an additional video in my workflow as to point out some key 🔑 things to assist with shoulder growth, but decreasing the traps contribution.

    Hi, love ur workout routine, how long of a rest between sets?

      Thank you much. You can do 45-60 seconds. If you feel like you can perform another set efficiently before then, go for it. But, you want to allow muscle recovery prior to going at another set. So you can perform the rep count. Thanks for being a subscriber!

Now I have seen, experienced and heard of the striker not being aligned and therefore popping open during load. Give it a go and let us know how it goes!

    Do resistance bands strengthen knees?

    No idea what I'm doing wrong, but resistance bands just don't seem like they do anything for me. They're either too easy or suddenly way too heavy and the movement of the workout never feels natural

      In deed the resistance is different. But, there are some nice workouts to be done and muscle intensification delt working with bands. You just gave me a notion. I’ll see about addressing some of those issues when using bands. Thanks for being a subscriber.

      Good day! First, thanks for viewing and subscribing. As for your concern. There could be various reason for that outcome. Don’t let being sore be a factor that indicates a good workout. It’s not necessary to put the muscle under tension and build. Now, of course it happens if you take the muscle to a point of tear down. But, if getting sore is your goal. You could increase resistance, take every set to failure and improve form to focus more tension in the muscle group. I hope this assist!

      Good day. In deed. It’s one of my normal practices to throw in a move for the antagonist. Chest workouts hit the anterior and laterals pretty hard. But, not the posterior. This also leads to upper cross syndrome as well as other situations. This way I always give effort to ward off muscle imbalances. Thanks for the feedback and being a subscriber!

      Thanks for the view and being a subscriber. I also appreciate the feedback. I want to facilitate everyone and with that feedback taken into consideration. What I have started doing is placing time stamps within the description to skip ahead to the workout. Some people want the additional information and some as you do want to just go Str8 to the work. This format will facilitate both parties. I also will add a time stamp to this video as well.
