Tbh I could still see Benevolent shrine being his domain, embodying the concept of Nirvana, whereas Sukuna's Malevolent shrine embodies Naraka. When activated it directly transports the soul of its target to an imaginary inner plane of existence. The train to me represents a cycle of transition and repetition like the Buddhist idea of Samsara, the cycle of Death and Rebirth. It also directly connects to a big traumatic experience Yuji faced in Shibuya. The end goal in the cycle is to gain enlightenment and achieve Nirvana. I personally would love for the train to travel through core moments in both Sukuna and Yuji's past that brought them to who they are now. Battling in both power and ideology on the train in close quarters as it travels through their combined memories.

I think Yuji will gain direct access to Megumi the longer the domain expansion is active. Essentially, Yuji is allowed to dig deeper into Sukuna's soul and remove or destroy whatever he touches. Right now, Sukuna and Yuji are there as twin brothers.
