Truck is lifted on a set of King 2.5 Shocks with Camburg Kinetik Billet Uniball Upper Control Arms and Camburg Kinetik Trailing Arm Set. It's also sitting on KMC Impact Forged Beadlocks, Toyo Open Country MT Tires in 35x12.50R17, a Prinsu Pro Cabrack, and a set of Baja Design XL Linkables. To each their own.. I never was a fan of machine before either but it’s something different since every truck I’ve build has been on black wheels. Machined is getting popular, lots of manufactures are now offering their old styles in machined and they sell. Thanks for your input. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was a custom one off set up, we made it exactly to spec with our wheel offset and tire size. It wasn’t designed to be used as a universal mount.

When you have to manufacture a whole new spare tire mount just to fit an actual full size spare after paying 55k for a mid size 4cyl with stock tires that should be on a Kia Sorento and plastic skid plates you know Toyota are laughing in unbelief at the Taco cult fan boys.

Haha, that’s part of the game. The game of modding your truck. If it came with 35s, people would force on a 37. If it came with 37s, people will squeeze on a 38. That’s the reality of it. I have yet to see a 4th gen owner complain about the price. It’s worth every penny. Only people bitter about the price are people that have not driven one yet. But then again, some people just don’t see the value in it since they still can’t get past the idea of it having a 4 cyl turbo. It drives better than the previous V6. I see what you’re saying but to me, modding is to take it to the next level.. not really to make up for basic inadequate stock components that should’ve been there in the first place, or a step back from previous gen, especially when it’s priced so high. That’s not modding, that’s compensating in my opinion.
