ild disagree about the need for more safety gear, unless someone is drinking or high on the site injuries shouldn't happen that necessitate a need for more gear than what is shown, I've been in construction since I was a teenager and I've only seen injuries happen to those who are drunk, high, or being mindless in the moment for whatever reason, all of which can necessitate getting kicked off site

Perfect job, but in very hard way to workers ( you can got ready cages instead of making them in the site, you can use plastic spacers and installing them in easier way, you can use more modern tremie pipe ( there are ones didn’t need rotate them in order to installing them, you can just put one above other and put steel wire ))
