No we are absolutely NOT calling this an incredibox. We were just making size and feature comparisons of this particular ADU to the ITH product. I’m sure we can still say ‘incredibox’. (you just used it in your comment) and we have stayed in one and have noted features, pricing and so on. So yes we were just comparing.
Nah. Wish we were lol. We made a lot of videos at their facility and will be making more as they finish new models. We just really like their energy, ideas, integrity and openness.
The lady who bought it. It’s an ADU so it will be parked directly behind her sister’s house and she plans to eat with her sister most of the time. Of course if you listened to what was said you might figure that out. Lol.
Yes and we recently found out that one of the doors (the one on the end / narrow side) was going to be connected by a hallway to her sister's house, so she will be able to walk directly into her sister's kitchen; thus, she has no need for a kitchen in her ADU!
I’m so glad to see an ADA walk-in tub in a tiny home
I’m would put a washer an dryer in the bedroom closet and an alley style kitchen in the hallway.
❤ Thanks for sharing. Love this one.
Thank you Tammy and Paul. I enjoyed watching.
I hope you both have a great evening!
Thanks!
Thank you for this! ADU's are very popular out here in Southern California. I never really knew what they were until you explained it.
Glad it was helpful!
Do you know Incredi-box is coined by Incredible Tiny Homes in TN or are you comparing this to that?

Are you all sponsored by Pheonix?

Teeny tiny box trailer. Why are those stripes on the walls necessary in trailers?
They are where the joints between the panels are. You can’t really finish the joint like drywall because of the vinyl on them.
Do they offer a drywall option?
Yes I’m pretty sure they can do that. I know they offer this VOG, tongue and groove and shiplap as well.
That is a low toilet but a commode can be put on top of it for added height.
Think that one is actually a chair height but the angle of the shot made it look shorter.
Who would want a tiny house without a built-in kitchen in it, really?
The lady who bought it.

She can have a microwave and coffeemaker/kettle for convenience but she will eat meals with family.
