I'm an African American watching from Texas and I believe that you should keep this sister on your show she's a blessing me and many others I believe.I'm about to be 68yrs old 😊
I must say, this is the best interview on your platform ever. As a healthcare executive and as someone studying Behavioral Health Science at a Doctorate level, I can certainly relate to everything sister spoke about. Great interview. Let us normalize Behavioral (Mental) health in our black communities. Mental health is real.
WOW! What an amazing, deep dive conversation that has long been overdue and needed to be had. Thank you Web Nation and thank you sister Keisha I am sure I'm not the only one that this interview touch. Lots of people in the audience have been touched by this conversation. GREAT JOB!
@WebnationAfrica ,you should make sister Keachia a staple in your program. Every so often she should make an appearance. It is my humble opinion that sister Keachia has valuable information for our community. Very insightful!
Nice interview. So educative. I like sister Keisha so eloquent in her speech, enlighted and so intelligent. Ive been a victim of Traumazing scenes in my life that led to depression.. l think l took a lot of time to open up on what exactly l was living with. So l know how it feels and everything in this interview is true. So much going on in our society. We should be our brothers keeper, good brotherhood is no longer there. Family ties have no meaning anymore. Ppl are living in their own different life styles mostly copying other cultures. The social media has also contributed alot of damages to our young generation. Its too addictive and not every content is healthy. Measures hv to be taken like in behavioral change but not everyone is open for that. Ive been there l can relate to all being discussed here. Its not easy. Thanks to this channel though im new here ive learned alot. Good Job...
I absolutely LOVE this woman! I went through her Inner Child Healing course and it was life transforming for me. Working with her really helped me to heal generational curses 💜
I'm coming to Ghana in a few weeks. I have to met this beautiful soul! What a remarkable interview! This lady really did touched my soul!! I thank you!!
She need to hold seminars in Kenya too, we got too many people who are depressed & need help. Domestic violence, depression, suicide, alcoholism, drug addiction, toxic parenting are way up
I like the fact that this kind of discussion is happening in Ghana. It will help a lot of people hiding behind stigma and discrimination to come out openly to seek help. I feel so proud I am part of a team working to bring advanced mental health services to people in Ghana in particular and Africa in general.
In Jamaica we have this problem people don't talk about it and even the part where she mentioned seeing someone eating trash or even naked in the streets it happen a lot here in Jamaica and people ignore it
Please, Bring her back again! I've toss on the subject that our AA brothers are coming to Africa to find wives; which is marvelous, but, they are blaming the AA Female on the way to the chapel. What she mentions on the wounds from child molestation by relatives or close friends of the family. AA woman with childhood wounds are still hurting. Man don't have anyone to be vulnerable with to talk and heal. Soo often ytube podcasts by black american men are slandering women who carries deep pain from the past! Please love our African sisters marry them but don't do so and blame us on the way to the chapel. I know of horrifying experiences of adult AA they suffered during childhood. These issue cause problems for many relationships as an adult. Please go deeper in this area! ty ty 💚🤍💚
I understand that yes it’s in America. But we also have a system that creates resources. We need to bring that here to Ghana. It wasn’t a comparison statement beloved.
She was talking about Ghana in this instance from her observation being here. This is common knowledge all around the world but being here in Ghana how can we shift that narrative. Because mental health awareness is nonexistent here.
Depression has to do with the past. Anxiety has to do with the future. This is a wise woman.

Thank you interesting.
We were raised to put and shut up! Complaining is supposedly for the weak. We learn to withhold not realising the destruction it causes.
What she said about Jamaica culture is the truth
Best platform ever
Please sister Kisha, can you send me the list of books you sell

madam I visit America and see several people walking the street naked as the day they were born,, and people drive pass them without a comment.
It's far more common in Ghana though

Many people say it's Your Karma!

Sounds like you may have one of those abandonment issues that the guest is speaking of😂
This is more happening in western countries more than Africa....
Everyone has some level of mental problem.
Nice content but pls stop saying hmmmm hmmm hmmm every 2 seconds as your guest speaks.
