I have a lot of equipment and I decided to give Insta360 Go 3 a try after watching numerous videos. Well If it's my luck, I got a bad one. It has not worked properly since I've owned It and Amazon will not give me a full refund. I've tried a lot of things to fix it with the help of Insta360 tech team and still, nothing. DJI Pocket 3 has been my go to camera and will continue to be.
I'm a tech guy, I understand there will be defects and problems, I get it. When you spend $450 and you get something that does not work, it sucks. This is not to take shots at Insta360 as a company. This is me being frustrated that I have a $450 piece of equipment that I cannot use.
Currently the 'pod' will not come on at all. As of this video it is still not fixed. I'm amazed that none of the sponsored and not sponsored videos mentioned this. I would have loved for this to be apart of my travel vlog equipment, the way this is going.........I'll pass.

Hope you can get it fixed somehow or get a refund. But in defense of insta360 and other reviewers: I own several of their camera's including the Go 3. And they all work fine. And I'm not sponsored by them, I'm just a gadget freak. I also own the DJI Pocket 3. You probably just ended up with a bad unit somehow. (I've had bad experiences too with some well known brands/devices)
I'm a tech guy, I'm not here to say the company is bad altogether. This is my first product with them and I was looking forward to using it. I haven't been able to have that great experience, yet.
Bro I paid only $100 for a generic camera. Have three of them. Work great 3yrs later. Thats sucks bruh

I'd be irritated, too. I own 2 of these and had 2 of the previous Go 2. All of mine work fine.
I'm happy to hear that, this is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. It's been frustrating. I think it's a rare case, I hope it is. I hope Insta360 step up and replace the camera.
Redundancy is key. 2 is one and one is none.
