P38 Range Rover - TC Flash on brake pedal Fixed

New Accumulator was needed. TC flash and pump sound on every press of brake pedal. I had the ABS and TC lights on intermittently already due to another problem. I installed a new accumulator first.
I used an Eclipse brand, large shifter. It happens to have a narrow tip. It fit around the bulb under the fusebox. I hit it with a hammer to crack it loose.
Straight away new one got pressure and I get 4-8 presses of brakes before pump runs.
My next job is sorting out my intermittent ABS and TC lights which seem to be electrical related.

You hit the nail on the head! Geologist hammer. I would also call it a Layher/scaff hammer. I inherited a lot of my 2 grandfathers (who were born in 1915-1916) quality old tools and use them often.

After replacing the ABS battery on a Range Rover ll p38, is there no need to bleed the brake system?..

I did bleed the brake system afterward. Not sure If I explained that or not, but there is a good video on UA-cam by 'Work on P38' guy. I followed his instruction.

Stc2784. Wabco. Cheapest I could find got from Allmakes4x4.
