Vi, there is ni afrikan Wayne of fermentation. Afrika is not a country. Fermentation of different kinds are made differentiera in different countries of Afrika. This not even an afrikan breakfast or porridge. There is no uji in all african countries and not all afrikans Know what uji is. Thank you.
