This is what the SR series needs more of! The same sort of gritty, realistic atmosphere (and HUD/interface design) as the first two, but at the same time some humorous weapons like the guitar case, the garden gnome and the hooker stiletto. They should also bring the pimp slap and the spiked bat to the next SR game.

All we've been asking for, for years, is a game that's at least as good as a game from 2008. I really don't think this should be that hard to figure out.

All I know from reading various material for undercover was that she was a woman in her early 30s and was a former Saints Lieutenant who rebelled against the protagonist. I assume there is more to her backstory then this?
Fun fact: this was the original concept for the third Saints Row game, before it got changed because they started watching funny videos and movies. IDK what's a bigger blue balls, what happened to Saints Row with this getting cancelled, or GTA Online killing off the single player DLC.
You know one thing I was thinking. Since MasakoTeam did that excellent Ultor Rising mod it would be cool if someone did a similar rehauled mod of Saints Row 2 like Ultor Rising except redesign it to be Saints Row Undercover. It would probably take alot of work but if done well it could be very cool. I would change certain things though. I would have kept the original idea of the game taking place in between Saints Row 1 and Saints Row 2 and showing how after the protagonist was put into a coma due to the yacht explosion how the Saints lost their power and were basically toppled and destroyed until your protagonist revived them in Saints Row 2 after he woke up and he and Carlos escaped the Stilwater Penitentiary. That makes more sense then having it take place after Saints Row 2 and the protagonist being "missing again." The only other thing I could think of is maybe having both the Undercover Cop and your protagonist in the game and you could make both of their designs, looks, voices etc kind of like how you could on Dragon Age Inquisition with your Inquisitor aka your main character in that game and your Hawke character aka the main character in Dragon Age 2 who reappeared in that game all though I would much prefer it to take place in between Saints Row 1 and 2 personally atleast. It could focus on in the backstory as after your protagonist is in a coma. Dex left the Saints for Ultor, Julius is "missing", Troy was revealed as a undercover cop and Lin is dead and a zombie that Johnny is left alone running the Saints. Maybe he could recruit some new Saints like Lady Ranja, Nunez and Trick basically Johnny's three Kings and maybe even Carlos's brother who could have joined now and that would have explained why your protagonist didn't know who Carlos's brother was. As for the fate of Carlos's brother he could survive or maybe he could be a Saint that is killed and could be a Zombie homie like say Lin and Carlos. Lady Ranja would become Johnny Gat's second in command but would eventually betray him and she Nunez and Trick would defect and join the Splinter Saints. I would probably have the Splinter Saints colors to be Orange because Lady Ranja herself wore orange in her default model and maybe even have her secretly working for Ultor either answering to Dex or even Dane Vogel himself probably Dex. The only other colors I could think of for them would be Green as an homage to what the Saints original color would have been or even red because I believe one mission themed around Lady Ranja's assaults on the Saints would have been called Lady in Red all though I would prefer Orange to maybe cement an Ultor connection as Ultor's colors are that kind of darker orange color along with black. . Many of the missions would be the same except the epilogue missions after the Splinter Saints are defeated would be taking out the Saints himself with Johnny Gat as the boss fight who would be arrested. Other Saints like Derby the Saint who was Ranja Saint who defected to the Saints and Carlos's brother's fates would be unknown. At the end I would imagine that this particular Saint would actually be recruited by Eric Gryphon for their service as Dex himself said Gryphon is not who you think he is and this person could serve Gryphon in some capacity. I would also have this Undercover cop to be able to be male, or female etc. I would also maybe do some DLC missions maybe showing the Saints Row 2 games and their rise to power in Stilwater. I would have one connection be that the Ronin were the buyers that the Westside Rollerz were talking about and one of the reasons they came to Stilwater personally was to collect. Maybe the Sons of Samedi could be the ones supplying Lady Ranja with the drugs she was selling Mr. Sunshine specifically ( not the stupid twin brother idea) and she was having a dual alliance with Ultor and the Samedi. Where as I believe if Saints Row The Cooler was an indication that Maero could have been in Stilwater the whole time and as it was said he made the Brotherhood by recruiting various Misfits in Stilwater like how he met Jessica at a concert, recruited Matt and even Donnie who would be wanting protection after the fall of the Rollerz years ago and would work as their mechanic.

Although it is just for laughs, So do the ground hogs day glitch and go to a theater (I went to max visions) and start all the Kings men, get in Kings car and blow it up so you die. When you die quit the mission and you should be in that really weird position from the invisible glitch and kings (destroyed) car should be below you, you can throw pipe bombs at it to move it around, it changes the direction of your character, you can stand on the ground again and walk freely once the car disappears but your still in the ground hogs day glitch.
+mrsaintsgodzilla21 found another glitch for SR1! i call it infinite drive by, or Mr.drive by. you do the ground hogs day glitch, then call a taxi, you can travel to any location, when you get there you wont get out but instead stuck in the back of the taxi and he still drives, so you can shoot people like a drive by FOREVER! and he wont get out.

SAINTS' and in church the color means forgiveness, so they wear it so when they do something bad like when they kill people they are asking for forgiveness! That could explain why all saints (except traitors like Dex) went to heaven because they were forgiven for there crimes.
Does anyone know how to get it working on PPSSPP? As soon as i boot it up, it stays stuck on the "SAINTS ROW UNDERCOVER" logo. I've tried the tactic of deleting the EBOOT file, and renaming the BOOT file to "EBOOT" but it still doesn't work.
I tried getting radio stations working one time i copied them over from sr2 but i couldn't figure out how to hook them up i was gonna try and look into the sr2 code and see if i can just copy that to get the radio working but idk
Why not just hack the game and see what’s in it? Could easily make a weapons modifier code and cycle through all weps in game. Or hack a clothing code and see if any other clothes are in it but are not accessible. No doubt there HAS to be vehicle models in the game that aren’t accessible through normal means as well. Character models...maybe a fly code or walk through walls code to peek in areas you can’t normally. I can do all of these if anyone is interested. This video is wars old now so likely no one will even read this comment lol.

they relrased the plot with the game in case any one wanted to finish it. psp iso extraction is easy I do it all the time. 7zipper..duh😒😒😒 and ppsspp allows you to retexture the game. We need texture mod packs. If I could create textures Id do it myself.

Volition outsourced it to savage games in 2009. After a few months of development, THQ canceled the game and it was only recently that Volition released what was finished for it for everyone to play.
i wonder why the voices are so bad and why the graphics were so bad compared to the psp version of gta liberty city stories. If rockstar could get all of that in one game on the psp why couldnt volition with undercover
