That lecture about the feet was so interesting!
I've got an arthrodesis of my left ankle. My foot is in an angle now. And the metatarsals dropped. So walking without my special adjusted shoes is impossible. But I never knew that the pain in my lower leg came from the problem in my feet. (My right foot gives me problems also because I'm putting too much weight on it)
It even hurts so bad, that when I go for a relaxing massage, the lady can't massage my legs because I'm in so much pain.
It really was an eye opener to hear Dr.Ed explain the fysiology of this.
But can I do something about it?

What kind of home exercises or things do you reccomend for someone who throws out their back a lot, my dad is in his late 50s and it happens often with his lower back. Amazing video though 👍👍
I've had a few accidents with my back from 30s onwards and 62 now, and I really feel a lot of them.
