greetings, I have a problem, maybe you can help me, Iveco 35S13 2012 year, 2.3td loses water every 230 km from max-min 1l, after inspection by the mechanic there are no leaks anywhere, no oil in the container-antifreeze, no oil rises in the crankcase, no it smokes, it doesn't knock when driving, there are no symptoms of a head gasket, the only thing that can be heard is the gurgling of water when the van is turned off... I don't want to remove the engine head for nothing, maybe you have some idea what it is about... thanks for your time
Hi, have you checked your heater matrix in the van? And pipes leading to it, does yours have an EGR cooler? If yes sometimes they can split and lose coolant hard to find if it is, I would advise pressure testing the system ( you can buy one rather than rely on a garage) just put it where the header tank cap is, pump up to pressure then wait, if there's a leek the pressure will drop but on top of that you may see the leek coming out, hope that helps mate, if you'd like any more information feel free to ask 👍🏻

I also have an Iveco that is off f2007 2.3 l and it smokes quite a lot during cold start I have already changed the fuel pressure sensor I have changed the pump pressure regulator. I have also send it to a diesel specialist but they were unable to find the problem
What colour smoke?
@@thestanleysadventures8229 the colour is grey or white with a diesel scent
@Joe Amanfo unburnt fuel is black smoke mate, have you checked your turbo is OK? And definitely not coolant loss? I can tell you how to check your turbo if needed?
@@thestanleysadventures8229 thanks for your quick reply i have visuali check de turbo and teams OK physically no play in the shaft of the turbo. I will keep on checking yet I am still grateful for you answer
@Joe Amanfo I would advise a leak off check on your injectors, if one is over fueling that would smell bad but would still run, just be heavy on fuel and smell bad. Any more help feel free to ask 👍🏻
