    The house is beautiful and the location is top notch!! I want to add that quantity is not always the best thing. Yes there are 6 rooms but they are not large. I couldn't tell which one was the master suite. If I am spending 1M, I need there to be at least 2 master suites with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets.

    This is absolutely beautiful, my people in the diaspora take it from me. Do not buy any land in Port Au Prince. The city is overpopulated and no longer peaceful, get yourself a plot like in this video or somewhere in the countryside where you have consistent peace away from coco rat activities.

    I can't see myself spending a million dollars on a house in Haiti. I can see starting a huge business and building lots of small apartments to rent out but I can think of a lot of other places where a million-dollar home would go up in value over time. that's not going to happen in Haiti.

    • @businessmeetings5807
      @businessmeetings5807 Рік тому +16

      Who cares. If you own a house in Haiti you don’t pay property tax. That house is actually yours. You can’t do that in the states. You buy a home and don’t pay you taxes then they will take it away. You don’t own it if they can take it away. Lol now think about that

    • @KevinP32270
      @KevinP32270 Рік тому

      @@businessmeetings5807 can the average person get a home loan in haiti? i don't think so. many people like myself DO NOT have to pay property taxes. my house in the USA can be sold to someone and or refinance it and take the equity out as cash. you can't do that in haiti because anyone with that kind of money to buy a house don't want your house. they want their own house built. most places in haiti is not that safe. there are no social services like fire and police to assist. plus gun ownership is frowned upon so it's very hard to defend yourself against intruders unless you build a castle wall around the property.
      if an earthquake hit (and another one surely will because haiti is in an earthquake zone on a huge fault line) and your house is destroyed you just lost all that money and have to start over. buying a house in haiti for a million dollars IS NOT a good investment for now. once things change for the better and there are better protections in the laws there for the homeowner then MAYBE.

    This is undoubtedly a very beautiful modern house.....NOT MY CUP OF TEA....as I am a more traditional kinda guy, I prefer the old fashion Italian mansion type of house with columns etc......Again, Spencer needs to drop this hoodlum act, it does not look good for someone showing or selling a million dollar house. Is this a swimming pool or a fish pond cause there is something floating on it that looks like a white fish and WHY IS THE WATER GREEN..??? You need to mention the swimming pool when there is a swimming pool and Spencer, the wall is not made of bricks instead they are cut stones.....AGAIN AND AGAIN....You do not showcase an empty house, YOU NEED TO STAGE THE HOUSE which means you furnish the house so it will be convincing for the people buying or renting the house. Yes, the people buying the house can either buy the house with all the furniture for extra money or without the furniture. Where is the garage and what does the gate look like, these are very important. You guys focused too much on showing the size of the house while the very important aspects of the house are left unanswered.......Nice job Brother Love but these kinda videos are meant for those of us in the diaspora so you need to come up with your game or let the people know how things are done here cause like the other video, this is not convincing or good enough for me to show them to the individuals who might be interested........I hope my constructive criticism makes a difference to all concerned

    I recommend you watch some of the top design programs to up your game. The design elements did not flow well together at all. You made the home very divided and cut off in many area. The rooms should flow seamlessly into the next room and draw you in. The floorings should complement one another even if they are not the same . The house should tell a story of your choosing...but a story. Haiti is beautiful and diverse in the various regions if you reflect more of that in your design you will have the best Haiti has to offer. Wish you the best success!

I wouldn't buy it for 1 million. somewhere around $300.000 / $400.000 Maybe, bc we talking about Haiti right now, The president was not safe in his own home. Now, are we supposed to stay inside the whole time????? There's no Happy living in Haiti, the insecurity is insane, You might get killed or kidnapped at any moment you outside. My parents own homes in Haiti, it's impossible to take a couple days vacation there bc we would be a target. you can't trust people anymore, even the driver would sell you out. HOW AM I GOING TO BE HAPPY LIVING IN THIS HOME, I CAN'T BE OUTSIDE! ...My heart hurt that Haiti is where it's at right now.

    Beautiful house but do they have good infrastructures such as accessible roads, clean water, electricity, good drainage systems and so forth. These are the things that make a property valuable. In that atmosphere of insecurity, who will invest that much money into a home where there is no stability?

      Yes they do, this home is located in Haiti’s Millioners row. A gated community name Tara’s, located on the top of the mountains. Great roads, 24/7 security
