It's beautiful to see things like this in Haiti, but we have to be realistic $100-150/night, $800-$1300/month it's not going to work. The Haitian economy is not that expensive and let's not talk about the insecurity/safety, clean running water & electricity. How are you going to compete with countries like DR 🇩🇴 & the Bahamas 🇧🇸? This is over reaching. Haitian people & Haitian business owners need to be aware of the realities on the ground. They need to price things right in order to attract people. This is a true definition a house of cards. 😢 I love Haiti 🇭🇹 but there are way more better options for those prices.

I really hope they not talking about $1300 USD for two bedroom 😂😂😂😂😂 because that shit would be insane. 1300 Haitian dollars I can do, I have a 3 & half-bedroom house with a massive backyard located next to a golf club in Chicago and my damn rent isn’t even close to $1300.
I know exactly. That’s also another reason why Haiti stay undeveloped. They don’t know how to do business or price things.
It’s too expensive. Like they could have made great money and create other apartments and make millions with the diaspora that have children or family in Haiti if price reasonably . Like $500 a month one bedroom furnished and $700 two bedrooms $850 three bedrooms.

it's because they want to make their money back right away and not looking at long term.they also need to take a second look at where they're importing their materials from. Right down the streets (lol) in my enemy's country...just because of the way they treat haitians...anyways, something like that would be half of the price or less.....

I would like to know who they are trying to rent to, people and Haiti or Diaspora. Also, they need to price the apt. according to Haiti economy not U.S. I know someone who's renting a very nice Apt. in D.R 4th floor new building for only @290 a month.
