Thanks for showing that cool video. I have make the cookies a long time bevor and have the molt also. Now I'm inspired to bake these cookies again. Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 🙏.
Hi sis I really like your recipes and I been trying many times but the cookies turn out soft not crispy. I try actually what you showed it in here but still not crispy. Any ideas what I should do.
I’ve made and ate them 1 week later, it was still crunchy and fresh. Make sure to keep the cookies in a tight close lid container or if in bags tie the bag tightly.
Hi, did you place the mold in the hot oil until it was hot prior to dipping into batter? Usually if the mold is not hot enough the batter will stick on. Sometimes this happens with the first dip in batter but better with rest.
Why wasn’t the cookie crunchy after it cooled down? Did I not cook it enough? I mean it was golden on color? So like how long is each cookie suppose to cook for? You only mention 30 seconds and each side? HELP.
Hi, it could be related to temperature of the oil. Try cooking at medium high heat and longer. What I mention in video is after releasing the cookie from the brass mold let it cook for 30 seconds then flip. Let it cook 30 seconds on other side then flip again. Cook another 20-50 seconds until golden (time may vary on heat). Hope this helps.

Can i put the batter in the fridge and use it next day?
Hi, you can but the batter may thicken so add a little more water if needed. Make sure to cover it well.
I'm going to have to try your recipe. Mine never turns out right.
Sounds good
Très très joli et sûrement délicieux. Peut on faire la recette sans les oeufs ?
Hi, sorry I’m not sure what your asking.
@@ZoeyandVFam hi I want to know if I can do this receipe without egg
Hi, sorry I have not tried it without egg so I am unsure if it will work out.
Are they hard or semi hard and soft
They are crunchy, not as hard as a fortune cookie.
@@ZoeyandVFam Aw okay thanks for responding and sharing 😊
My cookies stuck to the mold, they would not come off in the hot oil. Can you tell me why this happened? Is my mold defective?

I bought the mold. How do you prep the mold before using?
Clean with soap and water then dry well. Some people place in oil until using but I don’t.
can I use coconut creamfor this recipe
Hi, you can but if it’s thick you may need to add little water to batter.

How do you store them to keep them nice and crunchy?
In a tight close container or zip loc bag.
Foil pan with lid works to or even foil pan with foil
