- Hi everyone today I'm sharing with you, How to make Lotus blossom Cookies. In Thai is called kanom dok jok and these cookies have been a favorite snack among the Thai people for a long time. These cookies are accented by sesame seeds, a touch of sugar sweetness, and crispiness from the lime water. I hope you enjoy this delicious, beautiful traditional Thai dessert. #LotusBlossomCookies

Ingredients:
50 g All-purpose flour
100 g of rice flour
100 g tapioca flour
150 ml coconut milk
150 ml limewater
100 g of sugar
3 Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Canola oil
Oil for deep frying
