This particular podcast, has so many questions aligning with my experiences in my academic journey.I agree with most of Dr. Kunda's responses, especially on career risk-taking. I left a job in 2023, to pursue my studies in a different field. I was very scared to make the decision but I am very happy with the decision I made then. It may never be easy but get them degrees. It is about increasing your self-worth.
