Hallo Top Chef.. Recipi bagus dan istimewah, tetapi bahan yg kamu miss out.. Bawang kecil yg potong nipis, Suam Na se pokok, potong harus, Seasame oil, minyak pork lard, gula sedkit, chicken stock 1.tea spoon ,jika recipi Teow Chew ,merka bubuh Biscurt Soda 6.keping..ok.. Gd job.. Kam Sheah. !
This is similar to one of the dim sum, 腐竹捲. Except the cooking procedure is reversed. They oil-fried the rolls and steamed them afterward. Anyway, both taste really good. But beware some restaurants actually mixed them with a lot of fats.

I don’t think this dish can be considered as spring roll
Can this be fried without first steaming it?
If you don't steam it before frying, it will become another recipe called five spices meat roll. The texture of the meat is different
