There was was a verse we used to sing as young boys which was always left out in the choirs. Wonder if it was an authentic bit and left out because it wasn't "pc". Went along the lines of; "I had her I had her I did.." if any of the old boys could shed some light on that being an original verse or not i'd appreciate it
"I 'ad 'er, I did... it cost me a quid; gwen up Cambern 'ill comin' down." (I'm a Penzance boy and that's how we did it). Camborne people are alright... at least they aren't bloody Choppers 😀

Somehow lived in Wales for the last 25 years and this is the first time I've heard this in all that time.
