Born in Elgin, but currently living in Chicago. This may be my best option for a first purchase.
The ONE+ program offers a larger grant if you’re under the income and loan limits. I’d try to qualify for that first, and if that doesn’t work then explore this as an option :) the ONE+ video link is in the description if needed

I have money for 3% down payment and for closing cost but I have the income limit issue. What program can I qualify for? I live in Miami, Fl
The one plus program is great if you’re able to be under the income limit. If not, standard conventional allows you to do 3% down with no income limit
@@WinTheHouseYouLove I’ve been told that I don’t qualify with my fixed income and can’t use my side income. Mortgage brokers keep telling me I need a co-signer but I want to buy by myself.
