- The third movement of Chopin's concerto 1, distinguished by its brightness, expressiveness, grace and supreme elegance, which proposes a great challenge for the pianist who dares to interpret.
Rafal Blechacz again shows his amazing virtuosity, maturity and ability to understand every single note of this masterpiece.
I propose it as one of the best performances of the concert 1, and perhaps the best currently available ...
I have no doubt why Blechacz deservedly received all the first prizes of the Chopin competition 2005.

生涯で奇跡的に上手くいった演奏を切り貼りしても到底作れない完璧な演奏を、大聴衆の前で一発勝負、それもショパンコンクール決勝でやってしまうのはバケモノすぎる。
2024年の2月の今日、私は日本の大阪でブレハッチの演奏を聴きました。
彼の演奏には自己顕示的なことはあまり感じられず、ただショパンの音楽への大きな尊敬の念を感じました。
機会があれば是非ピアノ協奏曲も聴けたらと思います。これからも聴き続けたい芸術家です。

キラキラだけじゃない、軽やかさだけじゃない、一本筋の通ったしなやかさがあるように思われてとても聴きやすい 大好きな演奏
何回聞いても飽きない
なんて華やかで朗らかで生命力に満ちていて、それでいて緻密で繊細な演奏なんだろう。
そして最後の観客席の大喝采が、この素晴らしい名演を不朽の名演へと押し上げたような気がします。

I somehow love the crowd cheering before the last note, normally waiting is better to give the music space to breathe out, but here, it really feels like the audience was just too overwhelmed so they orchestrated the end together with the final chords. I really feel the audience, what adds to a phenomenal performance!

오밤중에 손가락이 아프도록 박수를 쳤다. 쇼팽의 현신. 그 외의 어떤 단어로도 대체할 수 없는 쇼팽 그 자체였다고 생각. 개인적으로 피아노에 조예가 나름 깊은편에 축한다고 생각하고 있고 쇼피협같은 경우에도 국내 유명 필하모닉과 같이 연주해본적이 있는 사람임에도 불구하고, 정말 신세계를 느꼈다. 알파고가 나오지 않는이상 대체불가능한 연주

It was not good
I think it has to do with the recording engineering, not the orchestra itself. In this video, the acoustics of the orchestra hall is kept. In the later recordings, the sound is more engineered to sound more localized with the orchestra without the echoing. Personally, I like the echoing. That’s my theory at least.
best interpretation, best pianist ever. Sophisticated and accurate. His articulation is more elegant than anyone else.
数年前からブクマしてましたが、ここのところ毎日通勤の行き帰りで聴いています。
第一楽章でもうスタンディングオベーションでブラーヴォと叫びたい気持ちになる。
この場にいた人たち、よくこの第三楽章まで堪えたなぁ…と（マナーなのは承知しておりますが笑）感心するぐらい素晴らしい演奏でした。
一音一音が煌めいていて、言葉にできないぐらい感動する。
CDを持ってるけど、コンクールのこの動画観たさに聴きに来てます。

다시 들어도 ㄹㅈㄷ… 음색이 진짜 독보적임 손 끝에 알차게 모여있는 느낌… 내가 죽어도 낼 수 없었던 소리…ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 음이 어찌 저렇게 한음한음 잘 들리는지 너무 신기 16분음표 하나하나 다 살아 움직이는 것 같음

What an utterly singular performance. The voice and color he brings to this piece are so captivating that one forgets entirely that it was also technically flawless. I like that at 6:29, in the middle of the most knuckle-breaking part of the whole concerto, he finds the time to sneak in a glance at the conductor. Unbelievable.

Impossível não se emocionar com o público aplaudindo um pouco antes do concerto acabar. Uma peça que já foi executada milhares de vezes por diversos pianistas mas sempre tem um gênio que é capaz de nos mostrar algo a mais. Blechacz é incrível!

Wirtuozi tej klasy są przyzwyczajeni do morderczych treningów po 6-8h;) Lisitsa nawet wspominała, że jak ma wolny dzień to z chęcią gra 16godzin

Oh wow I saw the central violinist at 0:14 behind Seong Jin-Cho in 2015, that was 10 years later. He's been promoted to concertmaster by that point
triumphant, astonishing, shocking. _laughably_ good. i couldn't stop myself from bursting out laughing a few times throughout the piece. it's just too good to believe. i can't actually believe it.

It was downloaded by UA-cam more than 6 years ago and with a threat of canceling the account in case of reoffending.
This also happened with polonaise 6. As well as with the video of the Chopin Woody woodpecker musical moment (notable episode), but that was released.

I heard Zimmerman's performance of this concerto in 1975 and then I thought I've heard the best. Till now. Still love Zimmerman, but Blechacz seems to be a Supernova!

Wiele wibitnych artistow wykona (interpretacja) muzyki Chopina. Nie porownajmy ich klas, talentow czy poziomow - bo jest trudno i nie na rzecz. Jedno czuje : Jest Dusza (soul) Polski w muzyce Chopina, ktora tylko Polscy pianisci, jak Zimerman i szczegolnie Blechacz posiadaja i moga wyrazic. Nie wiem co i jak, ale czuje to. Moze dzieki im bardziej kocham Chopina.

amazing performance...I have watched the videos of many great pianist playing this concerto, but no one has touched me more than this performance by Blechacz. I hope he has plan to play in southern California in the near future. I wonder why he chose Chopin's ballad #1 and not ballad #4 for the competition. I would have loved to hear him play the F minor ballad.
