It's been 35 years and they were horribly abused. Even abusers don't serve 3 decades. It's time now. It's time to let them go home to their families.

Lyle and Erik are not a threat to society, imho. I feel they’ve been imprisoned too many years already. The 2nd trial was an injustice.

There was an interview with cooper Koch I think. And he said when he went and met Erik, the warden or someone who works at the jail said they’d feel comfortable having the brothers as neighbors and would even trust them to watch his kids. If that doesn’t say they’re absolutely NO threat then I don’t know what does.

Let them out! They never deserved life sentences! The second trial was not a fair one at all! Not allowing the abuse evidence! That judge should do some time for the injustice of not giving those boys a fair trial! They would have been out years ago!

Those boys have served unnecessarily long. That dad was not a dad, he was a monster, and the mother allowed it all to happen. Anyone looking at this trial uninfluenced by the media in the 90's would come to the same conclusion. Or they jelly because their so called family had money.

If Gypsy Rose Blanchard can get out after 10 years there's no reason the menendez brothers can't be released now..... they did the crime but they also paid the price and went to prison & if you really think about it they were in prison before they were even in prison....set them FREE!
Gypsy was a con artist with her mom. Eric and Lyle didn't deserve any of this. Gypsy should still be in prison if you ask me.

@@jaydog09011 Lyle and Erik didn’t send a mental incapacitated guy to jail to avoid a life sentence. If anything, they’re more dignified than Gypsy Rose.
They protected themselves, and didn’t rope anyone else into it.
That is enough evidence for pleading for their release and for them to be released.
Let them out. They served enough time. They were grossly abused and victimized.

That spokesperson woman looks and acts very unprofessional. This is a serious matter and she’s on there acting like a fool talking about her boss’s tie and who knows what else. Very off putting.

Didn't the family know that they were being abused and not doing something to stop it. Why didn't they come forward sooner.
They did during the trial back in the 90s but the trials were very unfair since the judge didn't let them use the SA evidence in the 2nd trial
They DID. Cousins testified in the first trial that the brothers told them about the molestations when they were kids.
They did know they were abused but the dad was powerful and they were also afraid
