Short chain extensions are very handy to use , G-70 extensions have pear shaped and delta rings . Delta rings for flat hooks and pear shaped rings for wire hooks .
Hey bud I know this is off topic but how are you going to handle the electronic logs?do they make one that plugs into the pickups the same they do in the semis? Just thought that would be a good video! Keep up the good videos they help ALOT bud be safe and keep the greasy side down
I don't hot shot but this was a good video for hauling which I do. Nowhere near what you do tho. I have a dump trailer and an 8,000lb travel trailer. I get away with a chevy 2500 gasser. Works wonders for my situation.
You need equipment adequate to not hotshot trucking... IE industry standard. The equipment will last longer too even if it is more expensive. EZ track is awesome as long as it is screwed down good for small stuff.
MadMachinist5.9 my semi trailer sank down on one size in the dirt. Trailer almost flipped and had a 55,000lb load. And they were strapped to the rub rail. Load never came off the trailer and no damage was done to the trailer.

What are wire hooks? Can you provide a link or photo to what you're referring to? Thanks.
You should get 8 point strap systems for the cars. That’s what will do you best

very interesting!! I've got hotshoters in the family
Myron Yoder if you run and older truck you don't need it
take a j hook or wire hook like you say, put in a press and compress the hook just a smidge and it will fit just like the flathooks do...
What size is that trailer on your video? Good info btw

What's your opinion the big Ram 6.7 Cummins water pump recall? I've heard the water pumps on the 6.7 have history of issues.

The fact people hook onto the rub rail still baffles me. Makes absolutely no sense.
