This week the headliner didn't show but we decided to move on to the stainless window trim and we come out shiny!

@gbx78 Yes, it is the door drip rail molding. the best tool we've found is an all aluminum bottle opener like the one offered by Home and Wine on Amazon. Put: Keychain Ring Buddy Bottle Opener in and find the one that they offer. Don't use one with steel or the all steel kind, they will dimple the stainless. We will go over this when we install the drip rails on the '67 Mustang in the next few weeks as well.

@gbx78 Great! Biggest thing is to make sure it is flat against the stainless. You can also round the outer edges (but not too much) that sit on the stainless to keep from dimpling them. We also will warn that some of the aftermarket stainless is less sturdy than the originals and can damage easier so be advised. Go slow and be careful!

@JBOOTZ4 Those are Rocket Racing Boosters 17x7s in Hyper Silver. We got them from Newstalgia Wheel. Also, we're running ZR245/45-17 BF Goodrich G-Force Sports.

Eucalyptus oil will remove the tape marks much better and safer. Also the dings that you hammered out which appear as pimples on the other side would be much safer to turn over the piece and use the flat hammer to push them back down while supporting the inderside with the edge of the anvil layed sideways. Taking a file to stainless steel could really mess up the piece and if it's 80's stainless, then you'll get down to the anodised layer.

@AutoRestoMod Got it in the mail today and tried it out .. worked like a charm although i didnt notice is left little dings on some places cause the top end of the opener wasnt straight and had a "high" point :(( but your vid on polishing stainlesssteel shows how to sand and get them out .. theres no pimple on the underside so theres nothing to push back out .. so i hope sanding it will get it out.. THANKS!!!!!

This may be a little late, but removing the stickem from duct tape on stainless or other surfaces. Try "Goof off" with a suitable abrasive according to surface. It does remove more than just the stickem if other than metal. Well dried paint on cars it can be used carefully, but in that situation olive oil does wonders.

@reijerlincoln MAN, we don't envy your task on that big ole gal. Not sure about the game, the theme is Protofunk form Kevin Mcleod's free use site incomptech. Nice guy, cool that he offers this stuff up for use. One day we hope to get him or someone to do an original blues funk theme!

Please use your tools right, files only cut in ONE direction. Go both ways you're only dulling your file.
