Why are Indian cricket analysts are slightly always towards india like today's 1st session was purely India's dominance but 2nd session was all about poor indian fielding and cummins fightback and 3rd was the comeback of Australia in the game by tailenders. How is this a PR agency? What this comment section fails to comprehend is that both DK and Harsha are in fact not only criticizing the dropped catches and Akash Deep’s lack of wickets, but also actually analyzing it. They clearly said that Jaiswal’s dropped catches could’ve costed us the match. Just not in a way a crude mind can understand. Harsha has already started asking questions about Sharma, albeit subtly. Do you honestly expect Harsha and DK to go “those dropped catches were absolutely horrendous. Drop him immediately.”? Level up.

@@Shekhar03231 Siraj dropped when Aus head lead of 279. Quite unfortunate. But by the time the pitch flattened out. So it took 50+ overs for wicket to flatten out. So thats what Team India needs to do, to win, bat more than allotted overs, but in 48 overs match can be done and dusted if our approach is like ODI, we will lose for sure.
Example of Gabba is correct but apart from potential good starts, we need someone who can hold the strike like Pujara who himself played 200 balls. Who can play like this?

Frankly its 2.5 sessions, the last hour of the day can be called off if India doesn't lose too many wickets. Moreover, Starc is off the boil. Its only 2.5 bowlers - Cummins, Boland and Lyon

I said this based on the trend of performances so far. Ofcourse you are welcome to think that India may win or draw but in general Australia has been the better team overall throughout the series and this match in particular. They have the killer instinct to make a victory happen and as you say India's batting order has not been performing well. It would require India to put up a superlative batting performance to even draw the test (the kind seen in Perth 2nd innings) and for me Indian victory is really out of question.

They are aggressive batters if they push hard and get 100 in 10 overs and they depart. I think our middle order and add another 150 together. I think Reddy and Pant will push hard the last few hours and add 100 partnership. The key partnership is the opening one if they go aggressive for 10-15 overs we got the game. We just have to maintain our composure and be animated and stay positive.

Yes, Bumrah is one of the best ever seen, it’s such a shame he has no support to continually keep the pressure on the batsmen. Nearly half the post is about Bumrah.
Cummins has it all, bowling, batting and his captaincy. The best short ball in the game. His performance should have been mentioned in this post especially on today’s play.
However, this schoolboy worshipping is not what I’d expect from Harsha after such an amazing day of cricket.

India has the wherewithal to do it ..for this a century opening stand like in Perth is needed.. thereafter Aussies will become an ordinary bowling unit as evident as when Reddy sundar partnership..so a very good start can draw the game as well..then think of winning later if time and overs remaining..by then Aussies will be shattered if it is 250 for 3 by tea time
Rohit should definitely deliver tomorrow.. otherwise a retirement is imminent for he as a captain had not delivered 10 percent as a batter. for which he is famous for
