- Atheist at the age of 14.
Majorly depressed over the period of 2-3 years.
Developed depresonalization / derealization from anxiety.
Fortunately, I was able to overcome all these things in some form (however, still working on them).

You have followed the path of a true believer in spirituality. Skeptic to less agnostic to firm believer in one philosophy. You can stay there but it seems from knowing you youve looked for proof negative. Their is evil in this world so their must be good. The path I took lead me down a lot of depressing moments. Ultimately though I'm glad it all happened the way it did. Because now I 100% believe in a higher power. However, yes, I'm still going to continue to be skeptical in certain things. As long as I feel I'm working for something good, I'll be happy. As long as I'm trying something, really.

The Good Attitude AND The Bad Attitude For Depression
What are the sources of your depression?
Not having money?

Answer: NON OF THE ABOVE
* The other people should NOT be the reason for your Happiness and Sadness.
* Some of our OWN behavior and our own attitude and our own beliefs about life can make us
DEPRESSED.
* Some of our OWN behavior, our own attitude and our own beliefs about life can make us HAPPY.
* We suffered MORE from our OWN imagination then in reality.
How to survive in this HARSH world or harsh reality ?
* We are not living in Disney World but very harsh/ cruel world so we NEED to LEARN how to be mentally STRONG ourselves.
* ACCEPT reality that we all going to get sick and die EVEN our love one and we all going to lose money and our health.
* IF we accepted truth about life our live will become less SAD or depressed.
* IF we denied reality of life our live will become MORE sad / depressed.
* Depression's makes us emotions like of baby, little thing makes you angry, sad, scared and cry, YOU must learn to become emotionally STRONG.
* Make 30 second friendship when you see NEW people on the your way ( Smile and say Hi )
* You should NOT cry for passed bad thing happened to you BUT remember them as life experience and LAUGH about it.
* Old friends will NOT always be with you, makes NEW friends EVERY day for your entertainment or passing time.( NOT real friendship )
* Help needy and graving people BUT do not feel SAD for them.
* Remember EVERY human being is suffering that included you and me.
* If you worry about bad thing will happen to YOU in the future, Well, bad thing will happen to you and me we cant STOP them so be ready and prepare to take care of them and '' move on '' with you life. dont let those feeling stop you enjoying present life.
* Every human do evil or bad thing but the best person is who repent.
* If you repented to God, you are like new born baby NO need to feel guilt of the past.
* NEVER CRY in your whole life BUT try to rationalize it, if bad thing happened to you.
* Should we cry if love one died? NO, death will come to everyone.
* FIND the EXCUSE to talk to people around you. ( meaningless chat)
* The purpose of life is to believe in God and be good to other human being and ''nothing else'' in the hereafter God will reward YOU paradise.
* Our life is a test from the God that we will chooses to do good or bad.
* Our pain and suffering are temporary in this world and we all go back to God so accept pain and suffering as a part of life.
* Find the any HOBBY to keep yourselves busy in your whole life.
* Take art classes, Oil painting class, Clay pottery class, Wire jewelry class, Wood working class. Stain glass class,
* If you have anxiety right NOW play computer / phone solitaire / puzzle game 2-4 hours until make you calm down.
* NEVER get ANGRY at other people always forgive and forget.
* Wish good-will to all the people, Never look down on other people.
* Divorce is BETTER then living with abusive spouse and do not be bitter toward your ex spouse... Just start new happy life.
* Do not be feel shy or afraid to talk to other people BE BOLD.
* Learn good attitude from other people.
* If you fear something practice how not to fear that for EXAMPLE if you fear bug try to caught the bug, DON'T be afraid to shake your hand with your fear.
* If your friend or family member die don't feel SAD for them, we all going to die one by one.
* What would you do if someone say to you bad words like stupid, dumb, etc ? ( CALM DOWN and ignore them, forgive them ''move on'' you don't control them)
* NEVER hates anyone even your OWN enemies, hating other people is BAD for depression.
* If you were wrong admit you were wrong and be proud of it for admitting.
* Talk to people about your depression.
* If bad thing happened to you THANK God that you are still alive.
* Respect all race of people, nationality and religions.
* You must believe that ALL human being are YOUR sisters and brothers you are not alone in this world.
* Don't be alone yourselves all the time go find people and have fun.
* Give counseling to depressed people but DO NOT feel sad for them.
* The BEST job for people who has depression is communication with client or customer and the worse job is working alone by yourselves.
* Join religious and social group and be volunteer is VERY important for who has depression.
* Do not wear too much makeup for other people, you are GOOD as you are.
* If bad thing happened to you '' Let It Go '' '' Move On '' life is short. If you keep remembering bad thing happened to you they will destroy your future life.
* If you lost money, job, opportunity, love etc don't feel SAD '' Let It Go '' move on life is short.
* Respect other people they will respect you back.
* Do not sit around people who don't respect you.
* Smile all the time ( Even fake smile )
* Anger is the most irrational human emotion.
* Your anger at other person only HARM you not the person you angry at.
* If you control your ANGER you will never be SAD.
How to control your anger?
If someone say bad thing to you, Just play DUMB like '' You heard nothing'' '' You see nothing '' '' You read nothing ''. move on to your life.
* Do not curse other people, the cursing is the lowest form of human expression. Learn to control yourselves.
* Bad thing WILL happen to you and other people " DON'T PANIC " take care them properly.
* NEVER cheat and lie and brake the law of land.
* NEVER be afraid to face sickness and death, Remember EVERY human being get sick and die even our family members.
* Every one will die so be prepare to accept it.
* Death is NOT evil thing but good for person who died to see his / her's God.
* The life is TOUGH we have to make it easy and fun.
* Getting plenty sleep is VERY important for depression.
* Sleeplessness cause anxiety, take sleeping pill.
* Respect other people opinion because you can't change them.
* Watch funny videos and read books
* No one is better than YOU nor you are better than other people, we are all EQUAL.
* Learn to speak loud with confidence.
* Immoral sexual activity cause depression.
* LEARN to be PATIENT, impatient cause anxiety / depression.
* Diagnose cause of your OWN depression and cure YOURSELF or help of other people.
* Do not go into DEEP negative thinking, Negative thinking cause depression to come back.
* Be happy what you have and do NOT chase money and fame.
* Respect all the people rich - poor - educated - uneducated - old - young.
* Exercise DAILY 10 minutes, good blood circulation makes you feel good.
* If you made mistake don't FEEL BAD we all makes mistake millions time in our lives.
* God's HAPPILY forgive ALL our sins ( past, present, future sins if we ask for it )
* Remembering God EVERY minute will HEAL'S human hart and mind.
* Thanks God for that he made you human being from the dust EVEN if you are unhappy with your life.
* See a doctor BEFORE your depression getting worse.
* Only YOU can stop your depression NOT doctor NOT medicine.
* Depression is NOT a disease but WRONG information in the brain about the life. So do NOT feel shame but talk to people about it.
* Depression / sadness will go away if we put proper information in our brain.
* Happiness and sadness is only in our mind they don't actually exist, a person can be happy living in mud-house and a person can be sad living in BIG palace.
* The universe is a cold harsh place. even bad thing happened to you or in the family or friends ''Make Peace With That And Accept It''. Our lives will become easy and fun AGAIN.
* Your HIGHEST goal of life should be achieving place in Heaven by believing in God and be good to other human being. '' Nothing else ''
* Everything i wrote above " Read it " " Memorized it " "Adopt it " in your life.
* Adopted NEW attitude and START new happy life.

Hello brother. Thank you for all this! This is a lot!! A lot of effort went into this, so thank you again 🙏. You basically covered everything I want to talk about. I'd only add that if you feel horrible anxiety, to focus most on exercise. Aim more for 30 mins or so if possible. 10 mins is perfect to start with though. 5 mins as long as it's not zero!
I especially agree with the part of making quick friends and not being afraid to have quick chats. You can have a lot of fun just picking people's brains or you sharing your experiences. Also, yes: only God makes man happy. Because death comes to all our families, evil visits us all - and it will pass. Everything will end eventually and you'll be back with eternal love, if you worked diligently for God's good.
That's all I can think of. Last thing I loved is: only YOU can solve your depression. Pills and SSRI's should be a last option to you. Realize that doctors and big pharma are trying to make money off of you - just like everything else human. Sad reality, but that's why we need God and Jesus.

My explanation of above verse
Islam mean "submission" to God
( The above verse saying is that God will not accept a religion from the "MUSLIM" and the Non-Muslims but total "submission" to God.)
Question: How Can Muslim And the Non-Muslim "submit" to the God?
Answer: Be kind to other human beings and Do not lie, Do not steal, Do not cheat, Do not hurt others, Do not be prideful and Do the charity work.

The '' BASIC '' message of God to the human is that '' YOU '' believe in God and be kind to other human beings / animals and in the RETURNED God will reward you with a new life in Paradise.
* The Quran ONLY guides you how to become a good human being "Nothing Else".
* You are a good human being or a bad human being that is YOUR choice.
* No one can force you to become a good human being.
* You MUST work HARD to become a good human being.
* Why should ''YOU'' do good deeds and avoid bad deeds?
* Do Good - it's for You. Do Bad - It's against you.
* '' YOUR'' life is a TEST from God that you will choose to do either Good or Bad.
* Find the excuse to help others and forgive others NOT the other way around.
* '' YOUR '' final destination is either Hell or Heaven.
* So work HARD toward choice of YOUR destination.

I'm not Muslim or part of Islam. However, just about every religion is believing in the same God - just expressing it differently. The Golden Rule is real.
I don't ever want to call myself a Christian because I feel betrayed by that religion. I just love God and Jesus Christ. Of course that's the path that worked for me.
That could be Buddhism, Judaism, or Islam for someone else. Your journey with the Lord will be the MOST personal task you will take.
I don't choose religion for my own personal reasons (will continue to talk about in later videos). However, I'm not here to fight and convince anyone of my faith - mostly to just give a testimony over Jesus Christ's love.
I really appreciate this though because Islam (and every other religion) exist for a reason. And a lot of these passages have such beautiful sentiments for sure.
