Not only that, I had a coworker who speculated that many homeless bums in and around Wayne County were probably given an offer of food and shelter and got dumped there. My coworker had been a deputy for close to 40 years when I knew him.
My great grandmother died at Eloise. Went there for postpartum psychosis and died of TB in 1934. They weren’t very good at keeping TB patients separate from psych patients, it appears.
I don't understand how and why so many people died at that hospital/mental facility. That's a very large number of patients dieing in a short amount of time 😠 Please let them RIP 😥
Let them rest in peace.
Schizophrenic, Jane Doe, victims of homicide, influenza, all manner of predator types, just…all mixed in there?!!

They were abused.
It's easy to understand. Somebody who needs alot of help ain't gonna get that help from a stranger.
Murdered. They were tortured and killed
Why not fix it up for the MI veterans? They need more help, our governor doesn't have time,to help them. To see how they live. 😢😢😢❤
And they had the crazy idea to turn it into a haunted house
