I was in a very trashy area today, so like you I chose what to dig. I will dig a solid 13 on my Vanquish 440 and sometimes I score that nickel! Only because I'm trying for my first Buffalo. Appreciate your patience and courtesy in answering some tough inquiries. I trust you and appreciate your integrity whether getting permission or just cheering each other on. Your ground you fellas get to dig in is killing me! Your shovel just goes right in so easy. We have some serious hard ground here even in parks. Have to have very sharp edges and a narrow blade. Takes a good amount of pressure to cut a plug in. Nice job!
Same here...SE Texas has lots of clay that can turn to concrete during the summer.

I know what is like to dig trash after trash after trash. It's discouraging. It took me 2 years to find my first silver dime, which was a long awaited merc. But in those 2 years I'd found a few silver quarters, tokens, a silver ring, and a monogrammed pocket knife that i gave back to that person's extended family!
These videos are NOT rigged. That's for sure.
I personally would rather watch a highlighted 30 minute video than a long boring 2 hour video tbh.

Wow it's amazing you guys find silver every single hunt I'm on year 2 haven't even sniffed silver and i live in Massachusetts and hunt in civil war sights and many trade posts and no silver only season 2 for me this week be the first real season hunting i hope i can find silver every hunt like you guys do... I’m trying really hard. 😂 I’m with some awesome guys that are great at finding coins and other treasures. They all have taught me something about detecting. Now it’s up to me to me to listen to what my detector is telling me. Hopefully it’ll happen very soon.

Hole in the coin looks like state of TEXAS. That's a lot of holes guys. Ya don't realize how many until you unload the pouches. Hard digging guys but found some cool stuff. Nice little ring John.

Hills like that up in the north east are usually filled with coins from the kids sleigh riding back in the day.
I wished it was warm here in mid Michigan haha It's in the lower 30's and windy with a wind chill in the teens and 20's.

I love you guys but people i hang with are starting to doubt this channel I'm not you guys rock but thinking every single vid you find silver dimes I'm in my second year detecting never found a silver dime lol this vid is strange you found like close to 40 bucks combined in clad and not one single pull tab. Not any can slaw. Plz guys help me prove to y friends that you guys didn't cheat whatever i believe you but it's getting harder all the silver. Not a single pull tab no slaw no fence wire no pencil eraser even at a school but so much clad and a couple silvers just saying at least dig a few pull tabs i have a simplex i know what a pull tab is but i dig every single one of them because gold comes up in that range to should tell us what you're setting are in the deaus 2 because that thing loves nickels and pull tabs and you find either sorry but plz understand if you find a silver. No pull tabs .. No wheaties. No slaw.. No bottle caps maybe you just edit those out you shouldn't it makes the vid suspicious just my observation sorry keep up the great work
You must not be detecting older spots if you haven't found silver in two years. You can tell these guys do a lot of research before they detect these spots. I'm sure they dig just as much can slaw and pull tubs as anyone else, it's just not worth filming and showing everyone.
We find so many pull tabs and drink lids it’s not even funny. The video would be really really long if we showed all those kinda things and not to mention boring. Can slaw? We don’t try to dig any larger items. Sometimes it happens but most of the time we can tell it’s a large signal. Research research research. It’s the way to silver. We dig a lot of it. If we had to plant silver to find silver I wouldn’t waste 8 hours on a Saturday doing it. I’m definitely not into faking for fame. Ain’t happening
Nobody is interested in watching someone dig pull tabs a.d modern pennies. You can bet they find them, but edit them out. Another key to them finding so much silver is that they research the locations they dig to see what was there and when
As Mike was mentioning we wouldn't waste a full day to plant/fake stuff. Our pouches are full of trash, if you watch the wrap up at the end of our videos we do show the trash on occasion. We hunt a lot of trashy areas so we seldom go for the nickels but if in yards we will dig nickel tones. I know gold hits in that range but we primarily look for silver coins and don't want to spend the entire day digging trash hoping for a few nickels and a small chance of hitting a piece of gold.
