3M foam ear plugs, put your sena or Cardo volume up no problems. I buy foam ear plugs in bulk, use them 2-3 times then throw them out.

Great Review! I looked at these when I needed a replacement. Based on your review, I'm glad I didn't pick them up. I went with plugfones and they the work well and you can replace the tips when they get dirty.

I `ve had tinitus for too many years from lack of ear protection from bike wind noise . Wear ear protection people . We didn`t know , you do .

Wow, I spent $250 for custom molded units at Sturgis. They are fantastic but I’d rather pay $59!

Thanks for the review. I can see that it won't work for me. The 'profile' sticks out too much for me. With earbuds, I have to have ones that have very low profile. My helmet, Nolan xxxl, is pretty snug against my ears. Even the low profile earbuds move in the helmet. I do have hearing aids but can't wear them with helmet.

Hey Steve, you might want to consider getting an audiologist to work with you on customer molded plugs with speakers in them in your case. Probably run close to $200 or so. That would give you the absolute lowest profile and help protect against further degradation of your hearing.
