George Harrison - What Is Life (Official Music Video)
Lyrics
What I feel, I can't say
But my love is there for you any time of day
But if it's not love that you need
Then I'll try my best to make everything succeed
Tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I without you by my side
What I know, I can do
If I give my love now to everyone like you
But if it's not love that you need
Then I'll try my best to make everything succeed
Tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I without you by my side
Tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I without you by my side
What I feel, I can't say
But my love is there for you any time of day
But if it's not love that you need
Then I'll try my best to make everything succeed
Tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I without you by my side
Oh, tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I without you by my side
What is my life without your love?
Tell me who am I without you by my side
Oh, tell me what is my life without your love
Tell me who am I-
My favorite Harrison song. So uplifting.
George Harrison was a British musician and was formerly the lead guitarist for a little-known band called The Beatles.
never heard of 'em.
@uncle-pete You're Hilarious 🙄
What a solo career. What a talent.
Georges wife asked folks to create a video for this song, this entry won, and is the official video for what is life.
yes the song never originally had a video
RIP George, thanks for all the music and memories. Jim
He was from a little known band called the Beatles
I don't think they knew that. How could they not?
He had a couple mates, John - Paul - Ringo
Who?? Just kidding.
The drummer on this track, most of George Harrison’s album All Things Must Pass, Carly Simon’s You’re So Vain, Steely Dan’s Rikki Don’t Lose That Number, drummer for Derek and the Dominos, drummer, co-writer and pianist on Layla, the great session drummer Jim Gordon recently passed away on March 13, 2023. 😔
Miss George.
George's video for "Crackerbox Palace", directed by his pal Eric Idle of Monty Python fame, is a hoot.
George Harrison also put together the benefit concert for Bangla Desh in Madison Square Garden in the summer of 1971, which also featured many big names, including his good buds Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan.
Love the song. So so on the video.
George Harrison got off to the most auspicious start of any of the former Beatles with "All Things Must Pass", an unprecedented triple album, which was a huge critical and commercial success. Many big names contributed. He got sued however, over "My Sweet Lord", which bore an uncanny resemblance to "He's So Fine" (which George claimed he had never heard before). He saw the humor in it, though, and later poked fun at the whole thing in "This Song".
It took until the group's final days before George finally got an A-side of a single. But that song was "Something". Frank Sinatra later praised it as one of the best ballads he ever heard.
To answer your question (surprised it needs to be answered) George Harrison is from Liverpool in England..... He was in a semi successful band called The Beatles
This was the B-side to the "My Sweet Lord" single in the UK.
and that's why it never had a video
Emma Rubinowitz and Esteban Hernandez from the of the San Francisco Ballet are the dancers
Best of the post-Beatles fab four .. All Things is a masterpiece.
George's first credited Beatles song was "Don't Bother Me", which displays his trademark crankiness.
He was a member of the Beatles.
Yeah. George was in a band that was around for awhile, but never went anywhere LOL
George (1943-2001) was the youngest Beatle. In fact, he was underage to be performing in German clubs when the band began, and had to leave the country.
George contributed the two best songs to the Beatles' last album, "Abbey Road"; "Something" and "Here Comes The Sun".
George could play Bill Justis' "Raunchy" on guitar. This impressed a guy named Lennon enough to let him into his group. The rest is history.
George was an amazing songwriter ❤❤
George Harrison was one of the Beatles, the biggest band in thw world. He and John got into the Eastern Religions then.
George Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr--the Beatles, guys.
This song was one of the soundtracks of my life. It’s really great that newer generations can appreciate the greats of a by gone era. Enjoy your youth. It goes by so fast 🥺!
this was shot at the presidio in San Fransisco
The girl in the yellow top is one Emma Rabinowitz.
I wanted to request this song, glad big dog beat me to it
Hmm ... As another commentor noted, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and George Harrison (The Quiet Beatle). #10 in 1971, B-side to My Sweet Lord, co-produced with infamous Phil "Wall Of Sound" Spector. One reactor knowing who George Harrison was, stopped his reaction shortly into the song and said, "This is a Beatles Song!" :)
And, George got the last official Beatles song while all four were still around, with "I Me Mine" (minus John Lennon, who later said he would have participated if he had known about the session).
George Harrison was the quiet Beatle. He was a good guitarist and singer. After the Beatles he made songs solo then was a member of the Traveling Wilberrys with 3 other famous musicians.
You havent heard of the greatest group in history, THE BEATLES? 😮😮😮
Were you guys joking about not knowing about George Harrison? Curious.
Going to admit - the first time I came to your channel, I stopped the video at the intro-music. My bad - I judged. But one day, I skipped through it (still do lol) and found out...you guys are great! Keep being you, the (Subs) numbers are growing fast!!!

She reminds me of Sia !? Great Song 🎵
We call that a tradies tan
Dive more into The Beatles and them as solo artists. George Harrison was BRILLIANT……💜🕉️💜
He’s singing about God here….
I preferred George's post Beatles music to Paul's, which seemed to be songs cobbled together with disparate parts such as Band On The Run (which had clunky rhymes and junk lyrics)
A lot of videos put to music are lame...this one isn't, it is perfect.
Hmmm…after years of hearing this song, I wonder if George was singing to Pattie (his wife at the time) or was he singing about God….
Ever hear of the Beatles? JEEZ.
This video has nothing to do with the song, just like the video for Ringo's song It Don't Come Easy, it's distracting from the great music!
You commented almost exclusively on the video, rather than the actual song which is a bit disappointing.
This has bothered me for days. Did they seriously not know George Harrison?
The video makes no sense and was made years after George had died
WHAT? You do not know who George Harrison is. MY GOD. Do you live under a rock? You should be ashamed of yourselves. JEEZ.
LISTEN to the SONG! Too much reaction to a video/dancer that came decades later.
wow I can't believe how stupid these reaction videos are.....love this song and wanted to see what this was...couldn't watch it...
