It’s about getting leverage not using force. Judo is like lockpicking and things like boxing are like boxing are like ramming the door down. So it’s pretty easy to not hurt him, especially for an Olympian

Only James doesn't know whats going to happen, They tell Kayla to stand near the table and flip him when he goes after her, then they tell Murr to go after her, he goes, he has no choice in getting flipped. the table is collapsible so minimum damage to murr. Even though they do end up in the hospital from time to time.
For people who don’t know who Kayla Harrison is. She’s a judo black belt and Olympic gold medalist, and is currently a PFL mixed martial arts fighter. Oh and if you’ve ever heard of Ronda rousey, Kayla beat her in judo. 😂😂

Fun fact: In a special episode in season 7, Joey Fatone was hosting, with guest Olympic champions Kayla Harrison and Soren Thompson. The episode was about which Joker was the Best All Around Joker. The categories of the episode that would tally the total score were skills, fearlessness and determination. Murr scored a double 10 in one category, and in the end he was crowned as the Best All Around Joker.

Ya and i swim with the dolphins of Kentucky when the weather is safe..the beaches/ocean can get really rough because the slope of the ground. Kentucky has very steep slopes, so when it gets rough it makes big waves.. like one time I was on the pier at Kentucky Harbor,this woman walked right over to me, and she was like..like she she knew me..and she was like..,"hey".. both people and the ocean can be wierd...
