You described Poison perfectly! It’s definitely not my type of perfume. I do love Pure Poison, it’s my all time favourite and it’s such a sophisticated easy reach.

same, been buying Pure Poison since I was 15, I thought they discontinued it for like 8 years I couldnt find it then I was it was back
I’m a guy and I loooove wearing the Poison line. I have all of them except the Poison Girl (way too seeet for me). I wear them on their own a lot, but I especially love mixing them with some of my men’s fragrances. It creates such a magical and unique mix. My fav is Dior Homme Parfum with Pure Poison.
That’s so cool. I would’ve never thought of mixing Dior Homme and Poison. I can see them working together. Sadly Dior Homme Parfum is not easily available in the states. Otherwise I would love to try it. Have you tried midnight poison, to me it’s the best poison.
Midnight poison I found a brand new bottle I grabbed for triple the price but it’s worth having

Nice rundown of this collection! Love, love a well done plum note but I’ve never tried any from the Poison line. Supposedly, Lubin’s Epidor has similarities to Poison and it’s actually quite nice.

I couldn’t agree more with you. Gris Dior reminds me of midnight poison. It’s not a copy of it, but you can smell the similarities
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Midnight Poison. My mom brought be a sample bottle from the UK once and I fell in love. And now, they don't sell it in Namibia 😢😢😢😢😢.

Agree with your analysis. My favorite is the original poison even though I’m below 40 -I love strong vintagy scents. I also LOVE midnight poison which was discontinued. Pure poison is a great after shower, before bed fragrance.
I’m glad you liked the video. I completely agree with you poison is yummy but most people don’t like it anymore. I love vintage scents as they remind of my childhood.
The only one I have is the Poison Midnight - I bought it back in 2008 and is still more than half full. I keep trying give
it a chance, but it just not works for me- Not sure why.
That’s my favorite one! I’m sorry it’s not working out for you. I’m sure you can sell it and make enough for another one, that you may like more. I’ve seen them sale for $200+.

Are any of the poison fragrances index? Would pure poison be unisex in any way?
Pure poison is a white floral. To me it leans very feminine. I would say both poison and hypnotic poison would work more as unisex scents.
How would you compare Midnight Poison to Gris Dior? Both are in the rose chypre genre but I am only familiar with the second one.
Midnight Poison is a herd one to find a replacement for. Gris Dior is a very powdery, floral green scent. To me it’s not my favorite scent from Dior. Sadly I don’t Dior mows anything like midnight poison. If you can find a good affordable bottle of midnight poison I’d go for that instead of Gris Dior, unless you like the type of scent it is. I hope this helps!

You can’t go wrong with hypnotic poison. But if you want something that will be more mainstream, I’d say poison girl.

I love hypnotic poison 😅 its like love and candy in a bottle lol. I have owned hypnotic poison and poison girl i think it was... the white one. Didnt compare to hypnotic poison 😅 but too expensive so i havent bought it in years. I did just find babe power by misguided ❤ and it smells so much like it for 6th of the price 🎉
It’s a very seductive scent. So baby power smells like Hypnotic Poison ? I’ll have to check it out. You can usually find the poison like cheaper in jomashop or fragrancenet for a good price. They’re to expensive in stores.
