The Commercial Leap Ahead for Wide Bandgap Semiconductors (CLAWS) Hub is designed to advance and accelerate the manufacture and adoption of wide bandgap semiconductors for DoD and civilian applications in four principal areas: High voltage, high power Silicon Carbide power electronics, III-Nitride electronics, III-Nitride Photonics, and Ultra-Wide Bandgap devices, by enabling both research and pilot foundry capability with transition paths to volume manufacture with industry partners.
