Ian Smith as Ted Douglas had everything any international leading man required and more. A crying shame the spin off series centred around Ted never eventuated!
A very versatile man was the guy who played Ted, didnt he produce and write a couple of episodes of pcbh too? Plus play Pixie Masons dad and also a dodgy looking preist aswell? haha! One the things I loved about the show was seeing how many times they recycled the same actors to play different characters. Sometimes barely a year apart
I loved it whenever Ted turned up! Also, whenever I watched the opening credits and saw "Written by: Ian Smith" I knew it would be a fight, fire or riot lol
