I have to confess that for years a relative had been talking about this show and how I needed to watch it. I would shrug my shoulders every time it was mentioned. This just wasn't my genre. A few weeks ago, I started watching and have to admit that from the first episode I was hooked - or I should say obsessed. This is not me. I don't ever get obsessed over movies, tv shows or actors. Somehow, I managed to binge all episodes in under a week. While waiting for episode 8 to be released, I started re-watching from episode 1 (since I was experiencing a type of withdrawal) and I can see the little things I missed during the first viewing. I absolutely love both Caitriona and Sam and would watch anything they are in. Their acting skills are just incredible. Just watched Belfast and loved it - am moving on to Men in Kilts - then Ford vs. Ferrari. I hope they continue with these types of videos - I love the chemistry and how much they appreciate their fans. Maybe there is an Outlanders support group that I can join until the release of season 7. Haha!
Wow! Who can't help adoring Cat in everyday life. That girlish giggle and impromptu, witty and totally lovable personality is magical and makes me smile and hang on every word. She and Sam are two of the most intriguing actors performing today. These two are really the stuff that dreams are made of. Thanks, Cat and Sam!
I swear that this show has altered the quality of my inner psyche, very much for the better! It is such a joy to watch Cait and Sam, both on screen and off. There is some kind of “magic” that oozes out of them naturally. They fit together like a “hand and glove,” or other similar metaphors. They have the best working relationship of any two people I have ever seen! I hope they are always as happy as they have made ME!

How wonderful that after a busy weekend and a full day at work they both did this for their fans. They are adorable together.! You can tell that they love one another know each other very, very well. I could watch them banter and play for hours. Season 6 was risky and incredible! Everything worked. That finale was superb! It had it all. Looking forward to Season 7 and hopefully, Season 8!

You have to remember this show started in 2014 and they are still going strong! You don’t see this happening on many TV shows! They talk and laugh and I truly believe love each other! They are two gorgeous people and I wish them all the best! I just love them both and their amazing show which I will watch again and again until I die! This was a very strong season. Both Sam and Caitriona continue to remind us that casting them in these roles will go down as one of the best decisions in television history. Neither put a foot wrong this season. Brilliant work , the both. Kudos also to the entire ensemble and the directors. Can't wait for season 7. Yep - biggest outlanderphile here - and a comment one person made was that there is no such thing as "filler episodes". Every episode had MORE character development, more plot complexity and development, every episode keeps you on your toes. Its what makes it more and more watchable. But - sometimes I wished there was a few filler episodes - it would add to the number of episodes for a season and give us more to watch. Seasons 1,2 and 3, were longer and just amazing. I cant imagine a life without out it. I will probably have to go back to Star Trek! Thanks for great performances and changing our lives for the better.

This may be a bit of a stretch, but they're saying here that they just finished filming the first 2 episodes of season 7, and we just got the announcement of the casting of adult William with a photo of him in full costume on set. I think this means we're getting William in the first couple episodes of season 7! That seems a little sooner than we got him in the books, but I'll take it!
MeyaRose, they left some material already filmed that was supposed to be the last 4 episodes of season 6, which they had to cut short. So those 4 episodes will now be part of S7 16 episodes. And I don’t think William was in those.
@@gwholovesbooks I know Season 6 was cut short, but if they kept with the books he would have been in the last episode (or 2) of season 6 (now the 3rd or 4th episode of season 7) because he shows up at the end of book 6. If he's in one of the first two episodes of season 7, then he's showing up a little earlier than he did in the books, but that's normal for them to shift things around a little in the show. (Claire's abduction and rape happened in book 6, but they put it in season 5. The Christies showed up a the end of book 5, but they put that at the beginning on season 6.) It's all conjecture at this point, but they aren't very far into filming season 7 (and the old end of season 6) and it sounds like William has already been there for a little while, maybe since production began. DG mentioned he was cast weeks ago but didn't tell us who until the official announcement was made. Or I'm just getting over-excited, and he's not going to show up until several episodes into season 7, right where he showed up in the books. I'm just saying. It's fun to conjecture.

Loved S6, as I have each of the other 5 seasons! I, too, agree that it was a very strong season b/c y’all were able to bring so much of A Breath of Snow and Ashes into your work including the dialogue straight from the page!! This may be a bit of a stretch, but they're saying here that they just finished filming the first 2 episodes of season 7, and we just got the announcement of the casting of adult William with a photo of him in full costume on set. I think this means we're getting William in the first couple episodes of season 7! That seems a little sooner than we got him in the books, but I'll take it!
MeyaRose, they left some material already filmed that was supposed to be the last 4 episodes of season 6, which they had to cut short. So those 4 episodes will now be part of S7 16 episodes. And I don’t think William was in those.
@@gwholovesbooks I know Season 6 was cut short, but if they kept with the books he would have been in the last episode (or 2) of season 6 (now the 3rd or 4th episode of season 7) because he shows up at the end of book 6. If he's in one of the first two episodes of season 7, then he's showing up a little earlier than he did in the books, but that's normal for them to shift things around a little in the show. (Claire's abduction and rape happened in book 6, but they put it in season 5. The Christies showed up a the end of book 5, but they put that at the beginning on season 6.)
It's all conjecture at this point, but they aren't very far into filming season 7 (and the old end of season 6) and it sounds like William has already been there for a little while, maybe since production began. DG mentioned he was cast weeks ago but didn't tell us who until the official announcement was made. Or I'm just getting over-excited, and he's not going to show up until several episodes into season 7, right where he showed up in the books. I'm just saying. It's fun to conjecture.
