Hi Josie, at the beginning at the entrance, you see two doors. The left one goes to the store room. That's where we have the washing machine. There are two entries to this room. One from the front and the second from the back via kitchen.

Hi, we tried to search nearest builders, whose contact we got from nearby ongoing projects. We consulted a local branch of a public bank, and there we got lucky, since the bank's sister company is a builder. This builder has a good reputation since 6-7 decades in this year, and that's how we went about finding the right builder and property.

Hello Mohit, in bigger cities it really depends on where exactly you buy the property. For an 'Einfamilenhaus' I would say anywhere between €450,000 - €800,000. Please check some local real estate agent to find out more precisely.
