Nice chest workout, great combo of weights and body weight exercises to blow out the chest. You push me with the 20 secs rests in between sets. When I'm done I feel that I really accomplished a great workout. Thanks! Keep them coming.

Hi Dan. Great workout! I can totally feel the bur . My only suggestion would be if you can add a second angle from behind you as well so that we can get the proper technique.

I used to workout in the gym but i have naver trained my chest to this level Thankyou so much brother. It's a good proof that we still can hit those muscles at home just using dumbbells.
First time i have done another workout with this cganbel besides abs or cardio and it was great! Definitely felt it on thise pushups. Intense was really the right word to use. Tried to hold my own with dan with my 25lbs for chest press,15lbs with chest flys. Working my way up!
Damn! That was an incredible workout. The slow pushup at the end was rough. I actually did better with the second one than the first one. Great workout as usual
