    Walking is the best wxercise you can do, walk one hour a day and eat what you like, most important thing is that you get moving while you age, keep ypur bosy and mind trained, leaving rice will not giving you any benefits, just stay away from sugar. By the way i want a navi really bad 😅

      Buying and using a Navi is wayyy easier than getting up off my ass and moving lol. Asians cutting down on the rice is torture. Trying to keep the discipline up with working out! Thanks for your input!

      @@getphatfood my friend rice is healthy, carbs are good for you and essential if you burn them, I'm Italian and never will get rid of pasta and bread.

      I haven’t cut carbs out completely, just cutting down the portions.
