Ingredients
5 boneless chicken breasts
3 tomateos sliced
4 green chillies finely chopped
1 onion diced.
5 small potatoes cut in half
Flavoring the oil
4 green cardamoms
tsp of mustard seeds
tsp of cumin seeds
Spices:
1 tbsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of garam masala
1 tbsp of mutton curry masala
1 tbsp of chilli powder
How to cook Curry Chicken?
Clean & wash the chicken pieces and keep it to drain.
chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Cooking Process:
Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add 4 green caradamoms, mustard and cumin seeds. Let them pop.
Add the onions, and green chillies and fry on medium heat for 2 mins.
Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic and mix well.
Add the tomatoes and cook till soft
Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the washed chiken and cook for another 2 minutes
Spices:
1 tbsp ofturmeric, 1 tbsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of chilli and salt to taste.
Mix well and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Serve and enjoy Curry Chicken.
